When our dryer died, we decided to replace it and the washer (which was also getting old). I went to Sid Miller's Appliances, and Al Miller listened to what I wanted and pointed me in the right direction. He actually directed me to the most inexpensive machines for my needs rather than the pricier models, and he gave me an excellent deal. He clearly has years of experience in the business, and he sincerely wants to keep his customers happy. After my initial visit I researched the recommended models online, and while the washer (an energy-efficient, top-loading type) got mostly positive reviews, I did have a few concerns. Sensing my hesitation when I returned to the store, Al Miller even said that he would gladly take the washer back if I hated it after a few uses. (Would a big chain or big-box store do that?) Well, I love the new washer and dryer, and the delivery guys did a fine job installing them. My only complaint (and the reason for the "B" grade for punctuality) is that, after I had carefully arranged a delivery window of 12-2, I received a message on my answering machine left at 9:57 am asking if I was available for delivery. (I had told Al that I would need to arrange a later window unless he could promise me that the truck would not show up a minute before noon!) Why bother with a window if it is going to be ignored? Anyway, I called back when I listened to the message at about 11:15 (luckily I was ahead of schedule that day) and the truck was at my house ten minutes later. I certainly can't fault them for keeping me waiting!
Description of Work: Purchased a new washer and dryer from Sid Miller's. Old machines were removed and new ones were installed by the delivery people.
