Description of Work: Came out gave estimate and I gave them deposit When I wanted old gutters removed and new ones installed called to set up installation | Was having trouble contacting them until I called the main number 866 532 3458 |After I spoke with them job was completed in less than a week. |Rep was knowledgeable and helpful, installers were fast efficient neat and did a great job

+ -1 moreThey installed the original gutters and I was perfectly satisfied with the job and the gutters performed as advertised! Snow accumlated at the end of a valley and broke off a section and went back to them for the repair. Call on 07/01 and left a message regarding a start date. Continued to call them DAiILY up to 07/25 and never received a return call. The contact men were Rich and Adam, Disgusted, I went with another Angies List member, got an estimate and repair was completed the following day. I'm done with Master Shield!

+ -1 moreThe sales person was prompt in his first call. He listened,took are budget into account and gave us an estimate on the spot. We set a date and work began on that date and at the time specified by the contractor. The workers were courteous,hardworking individuals. They completed the project in one day and cleaned up after themselves. It was a satisfactory experience all around.
Description of Work: Old gutters were removed,and replaced with new gutters and gutter guards that do not allow debris build up yet drain the roof water. The gutters and guards have been exceptional thus far in a season with frequent and heavy rain. We kept are old downspouts. Are painter said that the contractor did a thorough job. Materials were expensive but have proven to be excellent.
