Easy to work with, and prompt replies to request for quote and other communication. Small job with no schedule priority but was able to schedule in reasonable amount of time, and made quick work of the task..

Tim and Brendan installed a GFI receptacle and 3 other grounded receptacles downstream from that. I needed them for new garage door openers. He fixed a light switch issue as well on the wall of the garage. While they were here I asked about a bad receptacle in my kitchen, that was replaced quickly as well. I also showed Tim some other stuff I would like done in the future and I asked him to quote that work for me. I will definitely hire again. They were on-time, pleasant and work area was clean at end of job. Very professional.

I left voice mail (non emergency Tuesday night) 7:30am they called and a hour later were on site. Replaced two breakers and added leak material. Will quote a outside line replacement. Guys were professional and helpful

Tim Stood me up twice. First time, said he was going to call me back d to set up an appointment for him to estimate a job. Forgot about me. Second time, he came out to my home after apologizing for forgetting about me the first time. Looked at my kitchen for some recessed lighting. And the front of my home for exterior lights. Didn't show much interest in taking the job. Took my email address and said he'd be emailing the cost for his work and availability. Didn't bother following through. Wouldn't waste my time with these guys.

We could not be more impressed with Brannack Electric!! They came out to the house to take a look at the work and give us an estimate and then we set up a day 2 weeks from then to have the service performed. We were having a chandelier hung in our newly converted dining room and they were great about consulting me when they had it up but not wired to make sure I was happy with how it looked. This was a great thing because the chandelier was too big and had to be returned. They came back once I found a new one and finished the job with no problems at all! They also worked with us to solve our problem of 2 ceiling fans on the same remote frequency. We ultimately decided to take one out and replace with a light fixture but getting there took a lot of talking through options and playing around with the programming of the fans and they were so patient with us! All jobs are now completed and working beautifully! My Mom is now having them come out to her house to do some work because they did such a great job at ours. Highly recommend them for your electrical needs. Also would like to note they are extremely responsive and get back to you the same day you call and arrived right when they said they would on the days they were scheduled to do the work!

I found Tim's name and number on Angie's List with a number of positive reviews. I called and received a call back within a day. The initial work needed to be turned around very quickly and they were extremely responsive. I then had to postpone based on another project going on at my house (siding). When I called Tim he was always polite and worked to send the same electrician (Mike) back to my house since he was already familiar with it. When they came back to do the bigger job (the cable fishing) they worked with the Comcast tech, who was already on site fixing something else, and talked through everything with me. They called to get an estimate before proceeding and make sure I was comfortable with everything. They were respectful of the inside of my house, cleaned up accordingly and were extremely professional. I really liked how they handled themselves and definitely feel I have an electrician I can now call when I need to. I've already called them back about doing some additional work to replace exterior lights and know that their work will be exemplary.

We didn't get a whole house generator, and they never off loaded what we wanted run. We weren't aware that the generator would have caused a problem. Brannick was here to do something else, and they noticed issues with the generator and the electrical box. The first electrician had set it up to run the whole house, and Brannick fixed it for me. He even comes out to do seasonal maintenance on it, which I really appreciate. They're one of the most professional contractors I've ever hired, and I have nothing but good things to say about him. He's also very cooperative with other contractors we've had in.

Tim Brannack was always on time and put down drop cloths when he was in the house. His workers were as neat and clean as he was and personable.

I have used them a couple of times and I like them. They're very professional.

Overall very pleased. He was flexible about coming out for the initial assessment and took a look at the service cable while I was at work. When they came to do the actual replacement he noticed that the breaker was showing some signs of rust and he recommended putting in the 200 amp service and the new breaker which I agreed with. Based on this they just added the outlet in the garage (for a garage door opener) and rescheduled the service cable replacement (since he needed new permits and equipment). They came back a week or two later and did the repair and everything looked very professional. The inspector had no complaints and said it was very clean work. I did appreciate him suggesting the 200 amp service even though it meant that they would not be able to do the work they planned that day and it turns out the 200 amp was a worthwhile move because we may require if we do an AC install. My only complaint would be that he was a little lacking as far as calling back after the permits were settled. He had actually scheduled us for Friday before notifying me and I had to call to get an update. Luckily my schedule was flexible and I did not plan on staying home while they worked anyways, but it was definitely a communication mixup, albeit minor.

The entire job was done very well. Would have no problem recommending them or using them again.
