+ -1 moreOffice staff was friendly and work was done quickly. My problem with them is no one had masks on. The office is tiny and employees kept walking through. Absolutely no social distancing. Ownership should get their act together.

+ -1 moreWe initially met with AA Glass to tell them what we were looking for. They asked about our needs, and quickly drew up an initial sketch. When we agreed to go further, they said they'd send someone out to do measurements, and then would give us an estimate. We waited for a week, and after not hearing from them, called several times until I got someone to respond. They appoligized and said again they'd send someone out to take measurements. Another week went by and I called once again to find out what was going on. They made an appointment and sent someone out that day. I waited a week for the estimate, and when none was received I called again. At that point they said they wouldn't be able to take the job, and referred me to another local company.
Description of Work: We were referred to AA Glass to have a frameless glass shower enclosure designed and installed.
