 + 0 moreThey were absolutely amazing. I received a quote a week ago. The same day I decided to go with them since the price, customer service, and warranties were better then everyone else. One week later to the day 5 guys came out and completely stripped and installed an entire roof in one day!!! The next day gutters were installed. All work was done exactly as it was explained to me in the quote and they left my house 100% clean of debris. I didn't even realize they were here. When I was contacted to make payment it was exactly what my quote was, not a penny more. They did a great job and the customer service was outstanding.

 + -1 moreWe had a few roof leaks (some due to the roof itself, others due to issues with masonry and siding). Weathertite did an excellent job locating the source of all these leaks and even came back later to do an additional minor roof repair at no additional cost! Very professional. High quality services. Only downside is that they are a busy company, so we had to wait a few weeks between when we signed the contract and when the project was done. But, given the high quality of their services, I would say that it was *DEFINITELY* worth the wait! Strongly recommend them!

 + 2 moreProvided prompt estimate to install a new roof on my house. They also gave me several options to either include or not include my garage roof. Their price was competitive but they were willing to negotiate a lower price than originally quoted when asked. The job was completed on time as promised. Excellent workmanship. All the workers were professional and polite. They cleaned up after each day's work. I will definitely recommend Weathertite Systems to my friends.
Description of Work: Replaced old roof with new. Also replaced two skylights and re-flashed another skylight that was in good shape. All flashing around chimney was replaced. I have a split level house with 3 roof lines including the attached garage, in other words a lot of roofing to replace.

There was a lot of back and forth negotiations between lawyers and realtors and it was a complicated process. Weathertite was understanding about the situation and more than accommodating. They understood the urgency and started work as soon as all the approvals were given and the weather cooperated. They stayed in touch with us and kept us constantly updated on the status. Joel, Nick, and Bill were professional and the job was even completed a little sooner than promised. We would not hesitate to use Weathertite again and would highly recommend the company to others.

Description of Work: There's nothing bad to say about our experience with the roofing and chimney work done by Weathertite Systems LLC. Our contact, Scott, was courteous, efficient and on top of all matters at all times, including getting the permit for the work and having the dumpster delivered and removed. The work involved six separate areas and required a combination of shingling (smaller areas and a side porch and enclosed stairway) and EPDM (rubber roofing) for the main roof, which is a hip roof. The rubber roofing resulted in a higher price than we initially expected but we feel it will cost itself out with a 15-year warranty and the fact that, around the country, EPDM roofs are lasting well beyond 20 years with no appreciable loss of integrity. Also, work on two chimneys (rebuilding one up from roof level, and removing another to below roof level) was included in the price. The work crews, who were managed on a daily basis depending on what work was scheduled for that particular day, were very efficient in removing multiple layers fro the roofs and getting the debris thrown away, including cleaning up at the end of each work day. Work was estimated for 4 to 5 days, and completed in 4. I found this company through prior work described on Angie's list and I highly recommend that anyone needing roof work done give them a call and at least get a bid on the project, especially if EPDM work is needed. I personally don'y think you can go wrong by using them.

 + -1 morePriced several local companies after a lot of research. Chose this for best value-for-money and references from web and Angie's List, telephone interviews, and on-site visits. This company seemed to have the most professional attitude. It seems to be the largest in the state, with top-level certification from the roofing shingle manufacturer (e.g. lots of experience, deep pockets if anything went wrong). The owners were involved in starting up the roofing operations for some of the big-name stores in CT. Execution was completed in 2 days. Clean-up was very thorough, and the overall job was very professional. Best of all - no more leaks! My only complaint is that they said they would get back to me for some additional work on windows and siding shingle repair, but did not do so even after multiple calls. Overall - great for residential roofing.

They did a beautiful job and they cleaned up well; I haven’t found any nails. Description of Work: Removed 2 roofs, installed a new roof with architectural shingles. Dumpster arrived at 7 AM, crew arrived at 7:30 AM. The dumpster was picked up at 12:30 PM. The property was left as they found it. That's right 5 1/2 hours from start to finish! Every single shingle was nailed by hand and the owner was on-site the entire job. They sent a sub contractor back the next day to install the gutters. I didn't like the job so Weathertite came back and re-did the installation.

 + 1 moreReceived proposals from 3 reputable firms. Weathertite was one of the 2 lowest bids (virtually identical). Selected them because they did work for neighbors over the last few years. All references checked out very well. They provided at least a dozen houses to look at for color. Chimney work started within 2 weeks. Completed in 2 evenings. Looks 100% better. He came back and reviewed after everything had set etc. Roof done the following week in 2 days. Hard workers and good cleanup. Gutters and guards done the following day. Also replaced facial metal due to apparent shortcuts by previous installer. Didn't pay a dime until completed! Very pleased with the responsiveness and work of this company.
Description of Work: 2 chimneys: grind and repoint, repair crown, install chimney caps. Roof: tearoff 2 layers, new roof. Replace gutters and downspouts. Install Waterfall gutter guards.
