+ -1 moreOwner came out to measure and give estimate. Came back as promised the following week and did a great job with the install. Owner returned on a Saturday to show how to use and take care of the awning. Very professional from start to finish.
Description of Work: Installed an awning on the back deck.

+ -1 moreThey did not show or call the day promised. It was some sort of confusion with the boss and worker and us...We had to call them again after waiting all day to get another appointment. The next time they came out they missed one awning right in front of the house. Now they will not answer our calls (2x) about coming back to fix the missed awning. We paid COD. The work was done in minutes...I don't know how he did the promised work in so short a time. The manager who took the order was very through saying he would check, oil, clean and restring the awnings. Sorry but I cannot recommend this company because of the difficulty in reaching them once they were paid.
Description of Work: Restring/service roll up metal awnings.
