+ -1 moreTHEY WERE FINE. THEY MISSED A FEW THINGS THAT COST US MONEY, BUT THEY CAUGHT THE BIG PROBLEMS. I THINK THEY WERE FINE. I THINK THEY WERE CORDIAL. NONE OF THESE GUYS ARE REAL FRIENDLY.
Description of Work: THEY JUST DID AN INSPECTION ON A HOUSE WE WERE BUYING.

+ -1 moreTHE INSPECTOR SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, BUT AFTER WE MOVED INTO THE HOME WE FOUND SOME THINGS THAT HE SHOULD HAVE NOTICED. WE WERE HAPPY WHEN HE INSPECTED IT, BUT AFTERWARDS WE WEREN'T.

+ -1 moreOVERALL THEY WERE AVAILABLE ON VERY SHORT NOTICE WHICH WAS IMPORTANT TO US AND WHEN WE HAD FOLLOW UP QUESTIONS WE CALLED THEM AND THEY WERE ABLE TO RESPOND. WE HAD THE ACTUAL INSPECTOR CALL BACK.
Description of Work: THEY DID A COMPREHENSIVE HOME INSPECTION FOR OUR HOUSE AND ANOTHER BUILDING IN OUR PROPERTY INCLUDING HIRING SUBCONTRACTORS TO DO TESTS ON SEPTIC AND LAB WORK ON THE WATER QUALITY AND AIR QUALITY.
