Ken from Kins Construction and Home Remodeling did a beautiful job remodeling our kitchen. He removed a wall, installed new cabinets, a new french patio door, appliances, and designed a new lighting pattern and installed the lights. He even painted the walls and ceiling. All of the work was done in a timely manner and to perfection! Prior to leaving our home each day he cleaned up all of his equipement and took care of any construction "mess". Ken and his assitant John are true professionals who I would recommend to any one who is interested in doing a remodel and having it completed in a superior fashion.

Kins Const is knowledgeable, they did a very good job. Cleaned up after themselves. Job was done timely. Pleasent hard working company.

He was professional all the way. He listened while I told him what I wanted (special staircase that could be removed in one piece), went to the site, developed an estimate and told me that he could do what I needed, all within the timespan of a few days. The job was completed within a week and it was BETTER than I had hoped. Sturdy, stained the color of the stairs, and he left the extra poly just in case my son wanted an extra coat, which it didn't need. I highly recommend him!

Being a first time home owner I met with a lot of contractors to gather as much information as possible about the various projects we had planned. After meeting with representatives from eight companies, we chose Ken because he not only had expertise in drywall, but a depth in knowledge in other areas. Ken was willing to take the time and educate us about many aspects we hadn't even considered. There is no doubt that the time Ken took saved us from making "rookie" mistakes and spending more than we anticipated. Our project came in at the price quoted and the finished product looks great!! . Ken always cleaned the job site at the end of the day and conducted himself professionally. We have more projects planned and plan on using Ken again. Great job!! Thanks!

He was there as soon as the weather allowed, took his time and did a great job--no rushing to just get the job done. Job looks great. Stuck to his quote, didn't add additional charges since project was larger than he realized. Very personable. Looking to have him do other jobs as well.

He was a very professional and terrific contractor to work with. He even did the project while it was raining. He got the project done in time for my wife to be suprised (it was a holiday gift for her) as we pulled up after work. We will be using them for other home projects as well.
