 + -1 moreProjected turned out very well. Dark stain hid the preexisting stains and it looks attractive with character.
Description of Work: We had an old stained hardwood floor under carpet since 1970 (given the red shag carpet under some built in furniture!!). Floor required sanding, staining and two coats of Bona sealant.

 + -1 moreJohn made a very quick estimate of our project. He is obviously experienced in his work, and had good confidence in what had to be done. Communicated all changes and questions via email, and he was quick to respond, and flexible when we had schedule changes. His person doing the work (one man job) was easy going, competent, and was quick to do little extras for us. I think the floor turned out to be a bit more than expected (ripping out a 60 year old floor always has the potential for some surprises) but there were no complaints or extra charges.
Description of Work: Ripped out old kitchen floor to subfloor, put in new tile, also installed backsplash.
