+ -1 moreWe have used Hollandia before and we buy plants throughout the year from them, based on their advice. We are very happy with their work especially because their landscape designer, Garry, develops plans that 'fit' your property. He listens to the customer's input and only uses plants that will do well given the conditions of your yard while taking into account what you are trying to accomplish and how much upkeep you want to do. We are never disappointed. They are great.
Description of Work: Hollandia's landscape designer came to our property and drew up plans for an area in our yard that is heavily shaded--nothing would grow there--not even grass. Once contracted, they cleared the area and planted vinca as well as other plants that would do well in that environment. They mulched the entire area and also built up an already existing stone wall.

+ -1 moreWe never felt there was an attempt at a sales pitch and felt the provider (we believe he was the owner) had our best interests at heart. He walked us around the proper showing us a variety of shrubs and trees. We returned and purchased a few to add to our beds and although not the least expensive, the quality was fantastic.
Description of Work: Provided invaluable information regarding recommended plantings/ trees and care for various shrubs. The provider spent over a half hour and discouraged us from purchasing anything in haste.

+ -1 moreIt is one of the outstanding nurseries in the area. I was there two weeks ago to buy some plants. We are there many times in the season. They are outstanding. They really are the best by far I think in terms of what they do and the quality of their plants. They did an installation a little while ago, may be five years ago.
