I talked to Nixon within the hour; he came to do an estimate two days later; and after we agreed on a price, he came to my house within 24 hours. He replaced pull-down stairs into my attic and built a handicap ramp to my back door all in one day. The work was excellent and Nixon provided more than I expected. He is kind and professional and above all, punctual and neat. I will never lose the business card he gave me.
