Small issue when they had ordered the wrong size door, but they quickly got the correct one installed.

They helped with the design and made excellent recommendations. This part of the bathroom remodel went perfectly, no glitches! Very happy!

Sent an email to Bethel Glass for an estimate to replace shower enclosure. They responded very quickly with an estimate. They did a quality job on time and were very nice.

I have to admit when I called and they directed me to there website to measure out the door myself to get a "quote" I was skeptical. But I now agree this was the best approach, it gave me a sense of what I was going to pay and it didn't waste time of them coming out and me not deciding to go with them. I priced out 3 companies Bethel was the most affordable and the easiest to deal with and they where 4 weeks ahead of the others with the timeline for measure confirmation to delivery. Glass looks beautiful installed... process was easy and they were kind and helpful along the way!

Educated me about products and solutions for my new walk-in shower. I chose floating glass with a 'stain guard' finish to the glass and polished brass hardware. I think because I was local they were able to have someone drop by the same day I stopped by the store to take a look and take measurements. They took careful measurements all the way down the walls. The contractor who installed the shower left a slight lean in the new half wall he build (not detectable by the eye) which was just enough to not allow the floating glass door to close perfectly next to the half wall glass. That would be detectable by the eye. They called and returned the next day to carefully double check all the measurements and had a workable solution for the gap (that's when I knew I had the right people). They wanted it right as much as I wanted it right. They did an excellent job installing perfectly floating glass and cleaned up after all of their work - much appreciated. Wonderful family business that has a natural excellent customer service attitude and who obviously takes pride in their work. For me, they are a local business making it all the better.

I really enjoyed working with them as well. I highly recommend them. They were very good at that. It was an interesting experience because it started out that we sent them a picture of the problem and so I was emailing pictures to them and they gave us an estimate and then they did the work. They ordered the glass. Because they had to order the glass and what not, it took three weeks for the glass to come in and they literally had finished that up last week. They had to order what we needed. If they were going to have to order it, I think that was something that they told us as we were going through it. I do not know that ahead of time nor even gave us any thought.

We called the store. They installed a shower door after our 20 yr. old one broke in the hinges.

Finally, I called Bethel Glass. After a few simple questions, they said "No Problem!" and I knew I finally had the right guy. They picked up the table the same day I called. Even though they promised to get it back on Friday, they returned the completed table the very next days! And they even put it on my deck for me. What great service! I can't thank them enough. They lowered my wife's stress level and saved that family reunion. Next time I'll know where to go the first time. Thank you so much!

Don and DJ were a pleasure to work with. They were on time, cleaned up well and very professional. I will use them for future work in our house!

We love them. They charged me about $1200. It was the thickness and we didn’t want a frame. So, they made it in such a way that the door was framed both ways because of the tight space. It was very well put together. They have done mirrors in the house for us before and we knew we wanted them to do the work. We went in with fixtures and they kept saying that they couldn’t do it. Then we found something else and they said that they could probably do it. So, they did that and we are very happy with the doors that they put in. They are very good at what they do. Their price is a little high, but that is only because we asked them to do custom work. However, it’s very much in range. We would use their services in the future too.

Great! The price came in $25 less than I was quoted because it turned out it was easier to complete.
