It went well. The appt. is set up with the cleaners daughter, who speaks English. Two of them spent about an hour...I had left a check and when I returned the house was spotless.

Had Alpha Cleaning scheduled to clean my house at 9 AM this morning with two people ? they never showed up and they never contacted me -- I tried to reach them through Angie's list messaging, tried calling them over a half dozen times (1-click hang ups each time) and finally via email. Overall, Alfa cleaning service deserves an F and other list members should be aware.

I was very pleased with Alfa. I have not had a cleaning service in many years and it was a wonderful feeling to have a clean house on a Friday night! The staff were friendly, effficient and seemed to be in every room at the same time! I had just removed wall to wall carpet in the apartment and wanted to pay extra attention to the floors. The ladies went over them several times and used a product to clean them thoroughly and bring out the shine. They came late in the afternoon and worked for 2 hours. The time was very convenient for me. Calls were returned promptly and my questions were answered - Alfa provided all of their own supplies. I received a follow up call, as well. This company was a pleasure to work with and I would use them again.

ALFA House & Carpet cleaning Service was everything that they said it was going to be, which is great because all I wanted was my house to be cleaned. For example, I was so busy with work that I wasn't going to be able to clean my house properly before my cousins visited from Florida. I was willing to provide the cleaning materials to them, but they said that they had their own materials and it would not cost me a dime. I was not at home when the actual cleaning was done (actually no one was home-another benefit of their service which I did find out about on their website-by the way the website is why I decided to use the service, it basically answers any question you have and as you will see from some of my other reviews I rely heavily on websites to decide whether or not I use a service). I did not use the online chat-but there is one if you are interested. As far as the cleaning itself, I have no complaints at all, the team ALFA did an amazing job of cleaning my entire house and when I got home from work and went through the rooms (I am in a two bedroom with a kitchen and bathroom) I was ready to hug everyone involved because I don't know how I would have gotten my apartment ready for my cousins' visit that quickly. My house was cleaned the day after I found the maid service.The price was very affordable ! I'll look forward to supporting this business for a long while.

Wonderful cleaning service. ALFA House & Carpet Cleaning Service go above and beyond the ordinary cleaner. I come home and find nice little surprises such as boxes with dividers, that sort my make-up neatly. Or I open up my drawer and find that all my underwear has been sorted into these compartments that they bought (with my permission of course). No only that, they even take my dogs out for a brief walk.They came and fixed what the others couldn't. Awesome cleaning for carpets, couches and bed frame at a very fair price. Went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

The team who came was excellent and did thorough cleaning. I've never seen a better cleaning job in my life and I'm pretty fussy. The cleaning service is incredible and I am happy to recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.Team was very communicative and professional. They arrived on time and cleaned every corner of my home I asked them for. I had thrown a weekend party last weekend and my house needed all the attention to make it organized. I was off to work and these guys dropped in on time and did the job. When I was back It was just AWESOME!!!. I was so surprised to see the way my home was looking. I immediately called and thanked them for the work their maids did. In fact, I offered the maids a tip for the good work they did and signed a cleaning contract for next three months. This company has cleaned my house every week and has always done an outstanding job,i have given them keys and shared the alarm code with them. They have gone out of their way on many occasions to accommodate our needs. I was particular about having the same cleaning crew each time and this, for the most part, has been the case over the years. I leave the crew in my house alone with no worries. Looked around afterwards and couldn't find any dirt or stickiness. I come home to a beautifully clean house that I didn't have to do myself! Hooray! Thank you ALFA House Cleaning Services!!!

I've been with ALFA House cleaning for the last 4 years. The cleaners do a great job and you can specify using green products. I'm also a multiple dog household with lots of new foster dogs in and out of my house. My current cleaner Michelle and every cleaner before her has always taken extra time and care with their welfare and safety. It makes me feel really good to know that my house is clean and my dogs got some extra pets!! Would happily recommend them to anyone else.

I am very impressed with Alfa House cleaning Services. They come to my house regularly and I have been using them for the past 6 months. From the beginning, the experience has been great. The pricing is very reasonable and not as expensive as the other maid services that I have used. I receive an email reminder a few days before their visit and when I come home from work, my house is spotless, my bed is done and all the cat hair is gone. On occasions when I needed to reschedule to different day, they have been more than accommodating. I definitely recommend their services!

Excellent service. I was amazed at how much they got done in 4 hours. My bathroom and kitchen are sparkly clean and I didn't have to lift a finger. Had them come out while I was at work and it was very cool coming home to a super clean place. Felt like I was at I luxury hotel! I have used Alfa Cleaning for over 3 years and have never been disappointed. They are professional, on time, and soooo thorough! I love that they bring my personal instructions/info and the checklist every time. I have also used their window cleaning services and they do a beautiful job. Alfa Cleaning Services does an excellent job. I am extremely satisfied with my service and their rate is reasonable, given the fact that their employees are insured and bonded. They typically call a day or two ahead to remind you that they will be coming, which is great.They did an excellent job. They were communicative before the cleaning, showed up right on time, worked with us around our schedule and even negotiated a lower rate for us. The cleaning job was also very thorough and our place has never looked this good!! we highly recommend them..

I would highly recommend this company. I have found they really care about their quality of service, listen to your needs, and do an awesome job! Our house is really cleaned thoroughly every time. I also agree with other comments, they have a great attitude! One of the companies out there, that seems to know a little something about truly being a quality company, really caring about the customer.Once after a fire they did an exceptional job and another for a cleanup after a renovation, again the work was impeccable! Everything about Alfa Cleaning Servises was excellent.initial experience with obtaining service by telephone contact was very professional and proper. We got an excellent person to come to the house for weekly cleanings - the same one every time, which is a big plus and much better than prior experiences with other companies. The young woman who performs the cleaning service is herself professional, reliable, pleasant, and very competent.Highly recommend!

They are extraordinary and totally honest. They are excellent. They are very very careful and are really meticulous about the work that they do. They are extremely professional, and they have a key to my house. They just did a post construction cleaning for me, which was meticulous. The biggest thing about them is that they are reliable and honest. They don?t hide stuff, and they don?t say they don?t know what happened. If there is a problem with the vacuum cleaner, they tell me. They don?t look surprised. Basically, they take responsibility for their work. They are bonded and insured. They are really very client centered. Their price is reasonable considering the work they are doing. Over the years, I have recommended them to many people.

Eliane has a good staff. They come every other week, for about a year. 1-2 people show up depending on their availability. They are all very nice and polite. They always do a amazing job, take instruction well, and have not broken anything. I strongly recommend Alfa Cleaning.

We have been using Alfa , for 10 years now and recently found out they is listed on Angies list and wanted to tell people just how happy we are with they services. The service is always prompt and more importantly very professional and thorough. We have her come out on a weekly basis and the house is spotless every time. In addition they do little extras that gives the house a personal finish. We have recommended her service to many of our friends and always get outstanding feedback.

The proprietor of the company Alfa Cleaning Services was fantastic in terms of follow-up and everything. They were very good and I intend to use them again. The level of follow up in terms of communication from the proprietor was phenomenal. She is available on email, she was very, very good and she impressed me a lot with her level of professionalism and follow up. The cleaning crew was good, I wouldn?t say they were exceptional but they were definitely very good. She asked me very detailed questions right at the start and was very prompt when about answering them. They were right on time and they obviously got good instructions because they got to work right away. I didn?t have to be present but when I came back, I asked them some things to be done additionally, and they did it without asking too many questions, so it was good. They did a thorough job of cleaning my apartment.
