It went very well, they are professional and reliable.

Last winter we had our hot water heater pipe break, and they had to fix that as well. We have had them do a lot of different jobs for us. The thing that I do no like is that they have charged me before while a guy was waiting here at my house for someone to bring him some parts. Having to pay someone while they were just sitting here, did not make me too happy. This was not fair.

Service guy was good. Office people were rude and argumentative and did a horrible job explaining their complicated service fees. They claimed after the fact that since they only have a few customers in my area, there is an additional $60 fee every time they come out on top of their already high billing rates. In first call, I was told he needed to come back with a part but no one explained we'd have to pay another extra $60 fee for the return visit. So in addition to the $150 part which they made money on, I was charged over $250 in labor for two half hour visits!

It went excellent.

Definitely use them again

Have used them for about three years now for plumbing and heating. Very satisfied each time. They are happy to answer all questions I have had re all the services.

They are very professional, everyone at the office was helpful, they show up on time and the workers are extremely knowledgable. Highly recommend them and will be using them for future projects.

They are very skilled and knowledgeable. They were a little bit high price wise, but I was happy with the service. The owner seemed to be very concerned with the company reputation. The first time I contacted them to do some work on my furnace and evidently, the job was too small for them and the salesman never came to the house in spite of my repeated calls. However, when it came to the well and the kitchen sink, they were here promptly and did the job well.

They are the only one I can speak of who has been consistently good in my plumbing, heating and air conditioning. They are very accommodating. I would always use them.

. They are reliable and reasonably priced. They make appointment and they keep them promptly. They are very helpful. Actually one of their people in charge, selling the air-conditioning part of the service knew that we were without air-conditioning for a while because we had to ice blow off the roof and ruined our old one. He actually came over and he was able to re-bend something so that we could run our old unit temporarily before it being replaced. That was really nice and he did not charge anything extra for that.
