Home alarm installation and monitoring. Very responsive when trying to get your business. Afterwards not so responsive when emailing or calling on issues (billing or technical). Haven't had any issues on monitoring the home so far however.

We had an alarm system installed when we moved into our home. The owner came out himself to take a look at our home and make suggestions as to what we needed. He was very honest and attentive and was very sure not to oversell us items that were not needed. The alarm installer was very professional and worked constantly. He was concerned with both how well the alarm was installed as well as the aesthetics of the alarm system equipment and where it was placed. He took the time to explain how it worked after it was installed. The yearly monitoring fee is very reasonable. The monitoring quality is amazing. The on-call monitor calls within seconds of the alarm going off (since we have tripped it accidentally a few times. : ) ) We highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have an alarm system installed and/or monitored.

THEY'RE VERY NICE. THEY WERE HELPFUL. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AS FAR AS LIKE SETTING UP AN APPOINTMENT AND CALLING ME BACK. THEY WERE POLITE ON THE PHONE. THEY CAME ON TIME AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I HAD. THEY WERE JUST HELPFUL.
