Mr. Calvo and his team were fantastic. When weather did not permit, he was quick to communicate with me for rescheduling. The work done around the house was great and way more than I expected. They even suggested cheaper option for my mulch which they picked up and brought to my house at no additional cost. I used them two years (Spring 2016-2017) in a row and will definitely use them in the future

An absolutely despicable company. We needed snow removal for our driveway. We saw one of their trucks in our neighborhood and the driver came by to take a look at our driveway. He made a call, came back with $45 per visit. This was the day before Winter Storm Juno, so I said " sounds great. see you tomorrow". He shook my hand and said "Okay" (My neighbor was standing there with us). The storm came and went, and they were a no-show. We were stuck. We called them a couple of times and get the answering machine only. The owner, Edwin. calls a day later and apologizes to my wife for the mis-communication. he was told by his driver that we would call to confirm. excuse me? I am pretty sure the handshake, "sounds good. see you tomorrow" just hours before the snow began was pretty CLEAR communication. But okay, fine. It is what it is. He tells us no problem for the next one. you can count on us. How stupid are we....Linus Storm drops 14". A no-show, no phone call, no answer on the business phone. Two times he has left us stranded at home during a snow storm. Like I said, despicable! This isn't a lawn being mowed. It's being able to leave our home! They also do "landscaping". I wouldn't trust these guys with anything. They have no business sense and no sense of customer service.
