We only asked for a quote, but Scott?s expediency and professionalism made all the difference. Additionally, he even reached out to our realtor to get more specifics on the house sale. We experienced significant water damage at our house. Carl and Scott explained the process for the remediation and what we should expect in terms of time and logistics. All our questions elicited detailed answers which really set our minds at ease. Most reassuring was the description and possibility of the hidden conditions that might be revealed once the work began so that we would not be caught by surprise. Our belongings were protected from dust and the ultimate cleanup was first rate. All aspects of the work were carried out in a professional manner and I would highly recommend them.
