+ -1 moreWe received a call from our tenant saying the basement was flooding. It was 7:00 PM on a Sunday night. We knew it would be difficult to find someone available to come out right away. After 5+ calls and no luck, we finally reached Rich. He came to the house within 10 minutes of our call and stopped the water. A broken running toilet ended up causing the sewage ejector to overflow. He came back the next day with the part and fixed the broken toilet.
Description of Work: The owner, Rich, came out right away for an emergency basement flood we had over the weekend. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. His pricing is reasonable and he quickly fit us into his busy schedule. We were upset to have an emergency flood, but happy it helped us find Rich at Savo Plumbing, LLC. We will definitely be using his services for all of our future plumbing related needs!
