I submitted a request for a quote on HomeAdvisor on Saturday night. I was contacted by Joe the next day. I missed his call, but he called me again Monday. He was able to come look at the work I wanted done that day. I asked that he call me 30 minutes before he went to the house so that I could meet him there, which he did. After seeing the job, he gave me a price which was reasonable. I hired him and he was able to do the job the next day. I am extremely happy with how this experience went.

Joe was excellent. He is thoughtful, gets the work done right, quickly at a very fair price. He took out a huge clump of trees that were right next to my neighbor's fence with no problems. I am planning to hire him again for a grading and patio project.

Joe is a really great guy. First off his price for the project was several hundred dollars less than the other company. He was low pressure and only accepted payment when the work was completed. As a result I offered him another project which he plans to complete asap. He is highly recommended.

He was professional, courteous, and walked around the entire area to investigate drainage and other signs of damage. He explained the cost of doing the work, but put no pressure on paying up front for the project.
