As a former Installation Compliance Specialist for James Hardie's Siding division, I'm an authority on Best-Practices with respect to proper siding installation. Sensible Home Products really knocked it out of the park. The entire experience was above what I expected and I can't say enough good things about them. The little things matter, every cut, trim piece, and accent. The professionalism and attention to detail that Jeremy and his crew brought to our home were second to none. They were polite, professional and I was impressed with their neatness, knowledge and work ethic. They didn't rush through the job, but made sure everything was done to perfection. Now a little bit about the owner Jeremy. I found working with Jeremy very easy. He sat down with us to review every aspect of the project, explained things in great detail, from the type of siding (he even brought out a sample of what I wanted vs. a sample of what he prefers to use) and benefits of each, right down to the small detail work around existing plugs, hose bibs and vents. Jeremy worked tirelessly to get the project done within our budget. He is honest and reliable. He kept us updated on the progress of the project; even touching base on the weekend. He was patient with our every question (and there were many). If Jeremy felt anything extra had to be done to make the end result perfect, he called us and we discussed our options before moving forward. Thank goodness for his guidance! I can't believe how great our house looks now. If you could see the before and after photos, you would never believe it was the same house! So many of our neighbors have complimented us on the look. I very highly recommend Sensible Home Projects to anyone that needs siding.

Jeremy and his team of professionals did an awesome job in siding my home. I've painted the house every 5 years with Sherwin Williams paint, and it never lasted more than 5 years without chipping. Jeremy completely stripped off all the old cedar shingles and replaced that with cedar impression siding in the front, and straight siding elsewhere. The house looks very "clean / sharp" and very presentable to the street. I wasn't looking for dramatic change, just simply no ugly paint chipping! After interviewing several siding companies we decided Sensible home Products was the best choice for our home. Jeremy was the ultimate professional throughout the entire process, extremely thorough in communicating the effort required to complete the job. We were extraordinarily happy to have hired Sensible Home Products for a large scale, multi-phase project. The exterior of our home was in dire need of a facelift due to previous work being improperly done. Our house was completely re-sided using quality material recommended by Jeremy, azek trim, stunning stonework, two new decks and a new sliding glass door. Stone work looks sensational. As many homeowners do, we attempted to install new decorative stone to the front of our home to complement the new siding installed by Sensible Home Products. After spending numerous hours on the detailed cuts we agreed that asking Jeremy if "he had a guy, or gal, to install the stonework for us. Long story short, Jeremy has a resource that accomplished this task beautifully in 2 days. This is just another example of what this company can provide with tremendous quality. Couldn't be happier with the result. We were extraordinarily happy to have employed Sensible Home Solutions recently for a large scale, multi phase project after an extensive market scan. Outstanding!! After doing significant research we contacted Sensible home products to remove a porch and shed that had completely rotted out and install a new deck for replace each. The result was better than we had anticipated. Jeremy and his crew did an amazing job.

The whole crew was knowledgeable and excellent. We hired them for some repair and replacement work after a previous contractor made our problem worse. Thanks to them, we have no more water coming into our house. We will definitely hire them again.

When I had a roof leak, I called two other companies come out to check the job. Each company gave me a quick fix solution that ended up no working. Jeremy and his team were the only ones that saw the bigger problem around my chimney and knew how to fix my roof. These guys are the real deal.

Jeremy and his crew were one of the best recommendations we ever received. His attention to detail and eye for design was immediately apparent. We signed on for replacing some aging windows as well as the slider after brainstorming some new designs with him in addition to the siding. Jeremy was extremely communicative from start through finish. He was on site daily with his crew who are professionals from top to bottom as well. Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly and courteous. The commitment to the customer was unmatched in this field. Down to something as small as picking out a door handle, Jeremy would encourage you to text him any time of the day for his opinion or help. If you made a mistake on what you picked out – he would drop what he was doing and get it. We would recommend Jeremy and his crew to anyone looking to make modifications to their home. We could not have been happier with the outcome of our house. You will not be disappointed.

Finally DONE!! I want to give a HUGE shout out to one of my very good friends Jeremy Groll owner at Sensible Home Products. What an amazing job him and his crew did on our beautiful home! Everything is brand new from the foundation up, new roof, brand new siding with custom azek trim, windows and the cherry on top is a dream Gazebo. I reached out to Jeremy with a bunch of issues we had with the original cedar siding and weather/water damage we might have Jeremy told me don’t worry about anything i got this!! Every piece of the house was taken apart and inspected. There was indeed water/rot damage on all sides of the home including the garage door headers (see pics) We got a bunch of upgrades that included Azek trim around windows, garage frame and basically the whole back of the house. The technique they use to install the Azek trim is state of the art and looks AMAZING!! ZERO visible screws. We are FOREVER greatful brother!!!! God Bless you (Siding Color: Vintage Wicker)

I had 5 or 6 contractors come out before Jeremy. All estimates were outrageous (I don't know if they were taking advantage of the single female aspect). Jeremy was honest. When all the other contractors gave me an estimate with the stipulation "the price might increase depending on how much rotted wood we find when ripping off the old siding" Jeremy gave me a flat out reasonable estimate without that stipulation. I would hire him again in a minute. I have recommended friends to use his services and they have hired him. He's honest, personable, patient in answering all my questions, easy to get a hold off. Him, his workers are all honest class act guys. Best decision I ever made was hiring Jeremy and his crew.

Excellent work!!! Jeremy and his crew were very knowledgeable very skilled and did exceptional work. They communicated with us throughout the process when any issues came up they took pictures and made the corrections. I would highly recommend them for any renovation you need. I am in love with my house again it came out beautiful and we get compliments all the time. Would HIGHLY recommend Jeremy and his crew.

The greatest home improvement contractor I have worked with in 20 years of homeownership. Prompt and courteous call back after information request, punctual estimate appointment, great quality work performed. I will add that the work was started an hour after we agreed on a very reasonable price and was completed the same day. I got a progress call and a follow up call from Jeremy to make sure I am happy with the work done. I felt truly pampered, the feeling usually not expected from a contractor. Paying attention to the smallest details sets his projects apart from the rest. The design and execution of our make-over was a collaboration of both Jeremy's and our ideas. We found this collaboration key to the project's success, as Jeremy's vision and understanding of accretive rebuilds helped steer our decisions and ultimate outcome; we couldn't be more pleased. His team replaced our multi-level roof and siding, rebuilt our chimney and brought our dated garage into the current century, far exceeding our expectations. Un freaking believable! First question - would I hire Sensible Home Products again?? Ummm ….YES - yes!! 1000 times yes! They were neat , clean, polite, responsive, and creative with all of our needs. Jeremy, the owner himself, was hands on with every step of the way. He’s got this way about him that makes you feel like you’re his only client even though he has other projects going on. And - he is brilliant💡! He has solutions to any issue that we had and is super proactive in anything that could pop up. The quality of the work is incredibly impressive. He insists that everything is done “ the right way” so there are no corners cut. It’s quality work from basement to roof. And my side porch?? Look at the attached photos! We went from something old and basic to glorious and grand. The upgrade is well beyond our hopes. I love coming home and seeing my “ new home” as I’m deriving up the street. after a botched siding and window job by a big box home improvement store that we had problems with after only 14 years. we got 3 estimates from local home improvement contractors. we went with sensible home products. the owner jeremy came to our house and in detail explained the steps involved in siding and window installation. he was very detailed in explaining all the work to be done including new walkway new steps window trim etc. this is obviously a big investment in our house and we wanted to hire a company we felt took pride in their reputation and work. after only a couple of days working on our house we were extremly confident in the work and skill we saw. we could see the crew working on our home were very skilled and trained right. when they got done siding our house with prodigy insulated siding and beautiful harvey tribute windows, and installing the best looking window picture frame trimwork i have seen on any house we were blown away at the transformation our house had gone through. then when the stone paver walkway and stone face steps capped with bluestone and nice white railings were done, our house looked better than i ever thought we could imagine. along with new doors and rerouting existing conduits on outside walls of house into wall cavities for a much cleaner look. we thought we had to live with those conduit pipes attached through our siding. Choosing sensible home products and jeremy the owner and his excellent crew that performed the work on our home was the best decision we made in owning 2 houses over the last 31 years. we are proud of our house now and have recieved compliments from neighbors and some people we dont even know. we would hire them again in a heartbeat thats how good and talented they are. thank you jeremy and your crew for all you did!!! sincerely joe and alane.

Jeremy and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish. The crew was professional and thorough. The finished roof was perfect and they cleaned up the grounds of all the old materials. I couldn't have asked for a better job. Jeremy made sure from start to finish we were completely satisfied with the project. Jeremy and his crew were amazing. They fixed my roof which had an old outdated overhang. They jackhammered out old concrete stairs that were there for 30 years. They sided my house and were professional, prompt, courteous. I would definitely recommend them over and over.

Project was completed on time and came out beautifully. Working with Jeremy and his crew and also Hemi from Hemi Garage Doors made my house come out unbelievable. The patience and professionalism that was excepted by Jeremy and his crew was awesome. Minor problems were over come very easily. He is also in the ballpark for pricing for side. Do yourself a favor and call these people before you start your project. You won’t want to work with anyone else.

Typically I can’t be bothered writing reviews for products or services, regardless of the quality. Occasionally I am motivated to write a negative review when something falls way short of expectations. This review, is the opposite. I feel motivated to write a positive review, because my wife and I are extremely satisfied with the work done by Jeremy and Sensible Home Products. In a few words, Jeremy and his crew are detail oriented and re-made the outside of our home on all four sides. We couldn’t be more pleased. We hired Jeremy to complete a huge project on our home. He re-sided our entire house with high-quality, Prodigy solid core, insulated-siding, installed two amazing carriage-style, garage doors with beautiful goose-neck lighting, and replaced over half of our windows with Marvin Elevates. From beginning to end, we interacted with Jeremy for nearly an entire year! Jeremy communicated with us, both in-person, and over the phone, for months before the project even began. Once the project started, the crew was extremely time-efficient. I wouldn’t say we were difficult customers, but just like Jeremy (and his crew), we all had high expectations for the finished product, and wanted every detail to be perfect. Jeremy’s own level of accountability for his business, his craftsmanship and his reputation, comforted us throughout the project, giving us the confidence that we needed to pull off a complete outside overhaul of our dream home. Because he has so much experience transforming homes, he has the ability to see the finished product before the work begins – I highly recommend that you pay close attention to his advice. We had a fabulous experience with Jeremy, Andrew and all the crew members! We had them build us a brand new deck and replace all the siding on our home. From start to finish they were knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. They are completely honest and transparent and I appreciated that greatly as I had to choose a lot of different materials and colors for this project. He becomes incredibly invested in making sure it looks perfect and that you will be happy with the end result. The quality is also top notch. Our deck was built beyond expectation and the inspector commented on how it was built much stronger than necessary to pass. They also handled all the complications from the pandemic the best they could; keeping us updated about shortages and delays. No matter how busy; Jeremy will make time for you and he is now our person to call for all things related to our house! He referred us to a great colleague for a new HVAC system and drainage issues in our yard. If he doesn’t do it, he knows someone who does. Our house and deck look amazing, we get compliments all the time. Don’t hesitate, these guys are the best!
