Fantastic. Matt came out & found a clog deep in our line at a junction far from the sink. Removed the disposal, snaked the line & then went to another junction spot & found the clogged area. All was cleaned out. We are very happy with Matt and his crew- this is our 2nd service with him. Very professional, good rates & quality service. Highly recommend him for all your service needs!!

Matt and his crew completely gutted that room right down to the studs and I had a new bathroom in 4 days! The work was great and the new floor is gorgeous. They put in a ceiling fan and a new toilet. Mario stayed until almost 10 on Thursday to get the floor put in and the drywall done. They were accommodating and professional. I'm completely happy with the work and enjoying my new bathroom. Matt's Pro Plumbing did a fantastic job of installing a beautiful new Kohler Tub/Shower surround unit. The job started exactly on time to the minute. Very efficient having tub unit arrive at 8:30 morning of install, then the plumbers arrived at 9:00 and got started. The job entailed the demo of old tub and tile walls and replacement of subfloor and then installation of new tub/shower walls and fixtures. Work was neat, they were careful of floors by using drop cloths from front door to bathroom. The demo went smooth and they removed every bit of old walls and my old yellow tub. After subfloor was replaced new tub went in without a hitch and it is beautiful and solid. They seem to have a lot of experience with these units and know what they are doing, which made it a quick and easy install. They did an amazing clean up job, leaving nothing behind. Second day the sheetrock person came to do the finish work, again on time, very professional and neat. He did a very good job with finish work around tub leaving it ready to paint. Matt followed up with me a few days later to be sure all was fine, I appreciate the customer service as you don't get that very much anymore. All of the guys were professional, very pleasant to work with, accommodating, and hard working. Will definitely hire again on future plumbing needs. Great Job!! Thanks!!

Matt responded by phone to my inquiry within 12 hours. He listened my description of the problem. Assessed what was needed and quoted a price, all over the phone. We scheduled a time for the repair. His workers arrived on time. His workers confirmed Matt's over the phone assessment. The repair was begun and completed in about an hour. His worker were respectful to my property and family. They cleaned up whatever mess was created. The bill presented was what was quoted.

Matt and his plumber did an excellent job. He was very professional and punctual. He kept his time commitments. His price was very reasonable. I would definitely call on him again. I highly recommend him.

Matt responded to my call for a quote and was able to make an immediate appointment to accomodate my schedule once we agreed on the pricing. Matt arrived on time with one of his team members, Brad. We reviewed my request, he brought the garbage disposal and I supplied the faucet. Brad went to work right away once Matt was assured all the details were in order. The work was done quickly and professionally and he cleaned up when we was done. I am very happy with the solution, and would hire them again.

The work was good. The guys were personable and fast. We had a problem with the sink--the wrong parts from the sink supplier--and it caused a big hiccup in the project. Matt's guys went ahead with an attempted solution without calling me first, which made the problem worse. But Matt and his team stuck with us and worked hard, coming back multiple times to fix the problem to our satisfaction, and they did a nice job. I'm very appreciative of Matt's responsiveness and his focus on making happy customers. We would work with Matt's Pro Plumbing again.

The process of reviewing the job and providing an estimate was handled soon after the initial call, and was very thorough. Matt answered all my questions. The cost was less than I expected for the completed job. Matt's team arrived promptly on the date agreed to and got right to work. They were friendly and kept me informed of their progress, including a discussion on the placement of the grab bar. They finished the conversion part of the job about an hour early. The handyman also arrived on time to take care of the trimming and sheet rock. He came back early the next day to finish up, accommodating my busy schedule. The bathroom was well cleaned after each phase of the job, and cloths were down to prevent damage to my floors. I would definitely use Matt's company again for other projects. It's so nice to be delighted by the results!

I was fully satisfied with the Matt's guys. I tried installing the toilet myself but, there were issues with the cast iron pipe and flange that I wasn't comfortable dealing with. The guys arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a couple options. I choose to have them repair the existing pipe and they did a great job. The toilet is seated firmly with shims under the high spot now, beautifully caulked, and I don't expect we'll have any issues with the toilet going forward. They were in/out quicker than they thought so the repair cost was actually a little less than I was initially quoted over the phone.

Matt responded to my request the same day. Then arrived as schedule on the day on time, actually a bit earlier. He provided a very fair estimate and was able and willing to do the job on the same visit. The gas line is in and he performed a pressure test that is still connected until the inspector arrives Thursday. He even gave me free advise on my boiler and made water pressure adjustments. He will return when the insert installer arrives to make the final connection. All at no addition cost. He has installed many other similiar jobs. Previouly called 3 other plumbers as well. One had no idea how to connect the line, one never called back, and one said he was booked for 2 weeks. Great work Matt! I will contact you when we decide to add a gas dryer.

Jesse and another came to remove my old hot water heater and replace with a new one. They did and excellent job and were very professional. I even referred my neighbor to them for a plumbing issue and they too were very pleased with the work performed. A day or two after the job, Matt, the owner called to make sure I was happy with the job, which I think was great! I will definitely call on them again for any plumbing concerns/issues in the future!

From start to finish, I was very impressed with Matt. He was prompt in responding to my email, called me back same day gave me prices on potential costs. We set up appointment. On day of appointment he called about an hour before hand to let me know he was on his way, actually arrived a little early. After coming and seeing what was wrong he gave me a more detailed quote which was what the final cost was and it was much better than I thought it would be. He explained to me what he did, and what to look for and to call if any problems Excellent customer service!!!!! I will need other work done in my bathrooms and I will definitely be calling Matt back.

It was one of the best experiences I have had with a home service professional. I called him and left a message on Thursday afternoon. He got back to me within a couple of hours and told me that he was booked up and wouldn't be able to make it for a week, and suggested I try to find someone who could come sooner. He called back ten minutes later and said he could come the next day after all. He set up a window between 10 AM and 1 PM. Matt arrived promptly at 10 AM. He was very friendly. After taking a look at the problem he dove right in, even though it didn't appear that it was going to be as simple as he first thought. Within an hour he had my problem fixed, despite having to work on 70-year-old cast iron pipes that didn't want to cooperate. He cleaned up completely when he was finished, and leak tested the job for almost ten minutes to make sure the repair was solid. I highly recommend Matt and will definitely be calling him if I have any plumbing needs in the future!

We came home from work to a minor pool of water, drywall, and insulation on our garage floor directly underneath our shower. Being new to the area and the first time we needed some work done on our house, we relied heavily on others comments and rating. I called Matt's Pro Plumbing the next morning. Matt called me back within a few hours and set up an appointment for the following morning with a 2 hour window. Matt arrived early and with a quick look knew exactly what was wrong, the valve. From the second he walked through the door he was very professional and didn't mind that our dog was his new partner. Matt was here for just over an hour, fixed the leak, installed a few faucet, and adjusted the temperature of the water to meet our needs. After he left, you couldn't tell that anyone had even been here. We would without a doubt call Matt the next time we need any work done.

I was looking for a rough estimate on plumbing work before buying a home. Matt responded to my phone message within a few hours, and gave me ballpark estimates over the phone at no cost for typical bathroom plumbing services I thought the house needed. He also advised me about issues I had questions about, and told me that he didn't expect them to be major problems. It was helpful.

The bathroom looks really great now, it was out dated and in need of a make over for a long time. It took longer to complete due to me making decisions on new vanity, floor tile, light fixture and also paint color for the walls. The completion of the renovation was held up a little until I could complete painting the walls and ceiling. It made it easier without the fixture in place. Matt's crew Josh, Brad and Mario did a great job and were easy to work with. I am happy with the way everything came out.

We knew it was time to remodel the bathroom when we saw the first tile of a 25 year old bathroom rise from the shower floor. After a review of local contractors claims and advertisements, I was more confused as to how to find the best contractor and value for our home. I turned to Angie?s list and promptly received the names of 2 local ?A? rated contractors. I called them both and both immediately responded. I met with both contractors and I selected Matt?s Pro Plumbing. What was particularly remarkable about Matt is that he immediately knew that the size and configuration of our bathroom project would entail much more tile work than plumbing. Rather than try to complete the tile work and receive the full contact price himself, he contacted BL Remodeling LLC to provide the tile service, which we estimate accounted for 75% of the project total. I found Matt?s unselfish approach to be refreshing and his A rated reviews on Angie?s List told me he was the right person for the job. Shortly thereafter, I met Brendan of BL Remodeling LLC, another truly class act. If it were possible, he exuded as much or more confidence and honesty as Matt did. Brendan was as easy going and as fair as a person could be. Nothing that was asked of him was too difficult and he never made any request an opportunity to enrich himself. Finally the day arrived to begin and Brendan showed up. I asked about his crew, as I prepared my home for the onslaught of laborers that I presumed would show up. He told me he worked alone and by the end of the first day, he had the bathroom gutted and all debris meticulously hand carried down 2 flights of stairs and placed in huge barrels for removal. Unbelievable! In order to coordinate all of this, it was necessary for Matt?s crew to shut off water, remove fixtures and cap pipes. All was accomplished with a few hours of Brendan?s arrival. At the end of the first day my bathroom was gutted AND my home was left spotless! This continued through the 2 week process as Brendan cleaned up every day before leaving. It was impressive. More impressive however, was the rebuilding of the waterproof shower known as the Schluter System that Brendan installed as he began to rebuild our bathroom. Each day?s progress was promising as the bathroom took shape. The walls, floors, vanity and lighting all went into place. Accomplishment occurred each day and there was never a failure to show up. Everything happened as Matt and Brendan planned as they worked diligently. During the project, Matt?s father passed away and we were expecting to have some delay in completion. During this time, we did not speak with Matt, but he kept in close contact with Brendan. On the day the project was scheduled to be compete, an ancillary project of installing a gas line to the kitchen had not been started. I expected it would be delayed several days and take an additional day or 2 to complete. On that morning, Matt?s crew showed up, reconnected all of the plumbing and began to work on the gas line. Matt showed up shortly thereafter and directed his men. By 3:00 that afternoon, they were finished. All of this was remarkable, but if something was even more remarkable, Matt and Brendan completed my project for the price they had quoted. There were no mistakes, ?things I did not understand? or any issues over the workmanship or quality of materials. We began using the bathroom the next day and we found a few things needed attention. An electrical outlet did not function, a sink drain connector failed and the hot water needed adjusting. Matt showed up that morning by 9:00 a.m. in response to my 6:30 a.m. email. The plumbing issues were resolved. I failed to mention Ralph, their electrician. He is the senior member of the team who fits so well with Brendan and Matt. Ralph told me that he is so pleased to work with these young men who take their careers very seriously and are extremely professional. I could not agree with Ralph more who exhibits his own brand of professionalism. The reason for the call back was that my GFI failed. Ralph replaced it?no charge! When it comes to plumbing call Matt the Plumber and if you are remodeling anything, call Brendan. I am sure that when you hire these fine gentlemen, you will also meet Ralph. These men are extremely professional and a breath of fresh air.
