Matt and his crew was just unreal. He did everything he said he would do and so much more. We met with Matt on Thursday and the following Tuesday he started the work. He was done on that day and we were washing and drying clothes that night. Without a doubt the best experience we ever had. Matt will be doing our bathroom this April

They had a very busy schedule at the time and since this was not an emergency, it took a couple days to arrive. They were able to make the repair, which included cutting through the raised floor to reach the problem area. The repair was completed in an afternoon, ready for the floor repair to begin. When I began to repair the floor, a couple of questions arose about how to reinstall the toilet on the new flange. They were very responsive, and after seeing the photos I took of the floor repair, were able to explain the situation so we could complete the job. Very satisfied.

I left message and 5 hours later still waiting to hear from them.

Matt met with me promptly for an estimate. He worked with me to get what I needed done within the budget allotted, and I found his pricing to be more than reasonable. He followed through on every single promise, and even went above and beyond what was promised. He was honest, finished ahead of schedule, and even came by the day before Christmas Eve to finish up the last details. In particular, I'm grateful that since I only have one bathroom, he and his crew stayed late on the first day to make sure that being without a toilet only lasted a day. I would absolutely hire this company again, and plan to do so when it's time for my kitchen! I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Matt's Pro Plumbing. I love my new bathroom!!

Matt was amazingly responsive to my initial phone call as well as went out of his way to accommodate my schedule to visit our house and walk me through the process, materials, options and price. Matt's Pro Plumbing was professional, timely, and economical in regards to a job I recently had them do on my dryer. First I talked to Matt over the phone and he gave me a rough estimate for a big single family remodel that included: 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen and new laundry room (for new construction so that includes rough piping and new vents) his number was very competitive and realistic with the rest of the other quotes that I had in my records. I end up choosing him for the Job and he did very well. Very professional and punctual. I will totally recommend this company to anyone and will definitely hire them again.

While I appreciate that Matt called me back within 24 hours as his voicemail promised, his price, which IMO was outrageous, and especially his claim that the flex pipe was, "so expensive", lead me to suggest that you should consider someone else for your plumbing needs..

We were in the process of selling our home. The home inspector said there were leaks in one bathroom toilet and faucet, and on the cold water supply valve to the water heater. We disputed there were any leaks, but our real estate agent said the best way to go was to get a plumber to certify there were no leaks. We called Matt (had never used him before) and he was very responsive and was able to come over on short notice and test the appropriate places for leaks. Matt tested the valves, etc. in question and was able to certify that everything was OK. We are rating Matt so highly because he was very responsive, very professional, and was able to meet our needs.

Everything was done on time and at the quoted price. Amazing turn around time (Less than 1 week) from call to install. Employees and Associates were very courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

I found Matt's Pro Plumbing on AL and decided to call him based on the reviews. I also called 2 other plumbers who did not call back. Matt responded the same evening and we set up an appointment. He also called the night before to confirm the appointment. Two of his guys did the work this afternoon and I am very pleased. They arrived in the very beginning of the 2-hour time window. They were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They cleaned everything up and took away the old garbage disposal that I did not want reinstalled. I could go on about the details, but the bottom line is I would 100% call Matt for a future job and would recommend him without hesitation. Honest and scrupulous companies are unfortunately not the norm, and dealing with Matt was a very smooth and painless experience.

Called me promptly. I explained the project and that I was doing majority of work and just needed him to move a shower drain and replace shut off valves on sink and toilet plus install new sink trap. He said "I am going to give you my price which may scare you away.? If it doesn't scare you, we can schedule the work." His price was $2500 for what I guessed was 5-6 hours of work. Got 2 more quotes from non- Angie's list providers.? Went with one for $350 including miscellaneous parts. Once again, Matt's Quote $2500.? Selected Plumber $350. I would not contact him again.

Matt came and looked at the job we talked options and costs .he was honest and up front we agreed on a date and time on the set day Justin and Brad were on time and very polite they worked non stop putting in the shower and cleaned every thing up Jeremiah came in in the afternoon and put up sheet rock he also worked non stop and cleaned up these men did a awesome Job they are all Pro's I would use there services again

Excellent. Justin and Brad came out (Matt had done a previous job for us, which was also great). They diagnosed what appears to be the problem (a leaky sprayer) and gave advice on how to get rid of the smell. They didn't charge any more for changing the sprayer (I had the hose) and they fixed the nozzle part. All for the same inspection price. They were also very courteous and friendly.

We were happy with Matt and would use them again, but the project was not without hang-ups. We had done the demo and rough in plumbing in May, anticipating the arrival of some custom tile we had ordered. Neither we nor Matt had any idea how long a delay that would be.The tile wound up not showing up until mid July, and with vacations, etc., we did not get the bath back together till July 30th. Turning the water back on resulted in a leak that took out our den ceiling below! They repaired the leak that day, came back on August 21st to work on it some more, but we're still watching it and debating whether we should just replace the old pipes before we close everything up. The electrician Rob was great and had a tough time venting the fan to the exterior, but did a wonderful job snaking it through the attic so as not to disturb the exterior trim. (Our house is 104 years old.) Everything he did is straight, neat, and perfect. There is always a risk of a leak when new plumbing connects with old so I would not say it was anyone's fault. We still have to have a 4x10 section of the den ceiling replaced at our expense, but the den needed a redo anyway. Mario, the carpenter, will be back in September to do that...his sheetrock work was very nice in the bathroom. Matt was also very helpful directing us to suppliers for our fixtures, etc. We chose our items and he bought them, so the price we paid was only a small mark-up over his price and much less than the retail would have been. Overall we were pretty satisfied and Matt's price was well below some of the other people we had talked to. I would recommend them to any of our friends. Update 10/29/2015: I'd like to update my review. After emptying the den bookcases prior to the ceiling repair, we were able to get a good look at the plumbing work done by Matt's co worker Justin. We were shocked to see that a section of 2x10 joist had been removed to install the tub drain! This left an 8 foot section of joist cantilevered under the bathroom with no support. I emailed Matt twice asking him to come and check it out to see what could be done. He never got back to me at all. When Mario (who does jobs for Matt but also works for himself) came to do the ceiling we mutually agreed on a way to sister the joist. What is the most irritating is that we never would have known about this and my emails never got a response. So maybe having the ceiling fall in was a good thing. While we are happy with our bathroom I have to change my review to "proceed with caution"
