Very professional, very neat and friendly. Price is very competitive and fair. Completed roof in two days, cleaned up the yard every day and left in the same condition as it was prior to their work. They ripped the old roof which could be very messy but you could not tell!!. Thank you for a very professional job.

I could not be more pleased with their work

I was very pleased with them. They alter their own financing with zero percent over like a three year term. They are very professional, fast, cleaned well and the price was reasonable. They are not the cheapest in town but they are not the most expensive either. What stands out about them is their level of professionalism and responsiveness. They definitely knew what they were doing. They are very knowledgeable.

Hurricane Sandy left us with some minor damage to our roof; damaged aluminum flashing & loose shingles. We are fortunate it was not worse. Despite the area being flooded with calls to DiGiorgi & other roofers because of the storm, DiGiorgi Roofing returned our call within a day & even sent out a repairman on a Saturday at no extra cost to fix the damage. We had another company come out earlier in the week who told us the job was very dangerous as it was a 3rd story height repair & that we needed workers comp insurance; he told us the job would cost a minimum of $500 & he'd have to come back another unspecified time with a taller ladder (even though we advised him in advance of his visit that it was a 3 story house). DiGiorgi came out on a Saturday morning, did not fuss at all about the height, fixed the problem within an hour & only charged $175. The repairman also refused a tip & said to donate the money to the hurricane-relief efforts. A stand-up company, to say the least! We would use DiGiorgi again in a heartbeat.

We spoke to the sales rep on October 12 and was pleased that work commenced less than two weeks later on the October 20 It took 2 days to complete the job which was within the 2 to 3 day estimate provided. Our house is surrounded by shrubs and although there was some minor damage, the crew did a good job of trying to minimize it and did a good job of cleaning up the work site when work was complete. The contract called for replacing wood sheathing as required but they even replace some rotted trim during the course of the work. I had some questions about some shingles that were not laying perfectly flat and was advised by the inspector that it was not unusual and that they would replace them if they did not "settle" within a month. A month later and it appears they have indeed flattened out. The idea of a making final payment to an inspector that was not a part of the work crew is a great idea. The roof was installed just before Super Storm Sandy struck which I thought would indeed provide a good test and although our area was not as hard hit as the coast, I'm happy to report no lost shingles and no leaks.

It went very well. The roof was too flat for shingles which was the reason I was having so much trouble. They knew this and used other materials. Then, when they finished, there still was a leak which they came back repeatedly to find and repair. They eventually had to go though the ceiling to find it. They then sent someone to repair the ceiling and paint it. All in all, high quality work, exceptional service and they kept coming back until the job was done.

They were clean, courteous, and did everything on schedule. Couldn't be happier!!

Salesman missed one window when counting for total price. He also told us there would be an electrician on site when the siding work was being done, and that was not the case. This company is not cheap, but they offer quality products and professional installation.

A rep visited my home and provided an estimate. I was left with the feeling that they would perform a quality job. I got 5 additional estimate. Only one was slightly cheaper but did not leave me with confidence that the job would be done right. Initially stated that it may take 2-4 weeks to begin. Got a call two days later saying that materials would be delivered the next day and that the job would start the day after. They showed up on the one of the windiest days ever and began work. The crew leader was very good. He took the time to explain the process and answer my questions as they came up. The job took two full days as described and the roof looks great!

They installed windows. Once they got my order, I was with their people. I called them twice and they did my windows, siding, roofing and gutter services. I will recommend them. The prices are reasonable. They were very honest and accommodating. I would give them "A" across all over the board by they way they addressed my issue.

They did everything they said they would do. They were courteous. They follow up. Their price was reasonable. They completed the job on time. They fixed any mistakes right away.

Came to provide estimate. 3 jobs: replace bay window, replace cedar shakes on dormers, fix leak in roof. Prompt estimate, professional manner, returned calls. Price was not cheap. Done lots of work in the neighborhood. Have multiple crews performing different tasks - window and siding could be done quickly, roof crew very busy and not really able to look at roof for some time. Ultimately went with different company that could do all jobs sooner.

The work was done by two men who were subcontractors. Even one of DiGiorgi's employees referred to the workers as "fly-by-night". They showed up in a beat up old van and did major damage to our bushes (which DiGiorgi paid for). Our roof never leaked until DiGiorgio reroofed it, and they have not been able to fix the problem. They say it is because we had a wood roof before...but there must be some way to roof our house (a Dutch Colonial) so that it doesn't leak. To their credit, they are still talking with us and just tried another fix. The test will be this winter when we see if the roof leaks yet again. I am getting tired of our roof leaking almost every winter...whether it is a bad winter or not. I will update this review if we find the problem has been fixed.

They were too expensive so we didn’t use them. They came out and gave me a price, and then they were going to send me a quote in writing via email but I never received it. He was very professional and he knew his product, but once I had someone else come out to the house the price difference was about $4,000.

Leaf Guard-Southern Ct LLC put my gutters on, and they did a good job. The job was done three or four months ago. It was cost $700. They did a good job and good price. Overall experience A or B but took them a while to get their but a lot of stuff down.

The DiGiorgi representative was very professional, prompt and gave me a quote at our meeting. There was NO hard pressure sales tactics. I had received 3 quotes on my siding job and DiGiorgi's price was at least 25-30% ($4,000 - $5,000) higher than the other quotes. I was very careful to be sure all aspects of the job were comparable when comparing the prices. As always, be sure to get multiple quotes for any job. Don't be sold just on a company's advertising, it seems the local contractors don't carry the overhead the large companies have which ultimately the consumer pays for.

I had an excellent experience start to finish. It was obvious to me that DiGiorgi is a very experienced roofing contractor. The salesman was very professional and explained all my options and the roofinng process in tremendous detail so that there were no surprises. His customer service and communication was excellent. The scheduler also had excellent communication. The installation crew was professional, hard working and friendly. They worked from 7:00 a.m. until sunset for six days straight until the job was done (I have a pretty large, steep roof with multiple roof lines). Each day they cleaned up thoroughly and kept my yard very neat. They only removed what they could re-roof each day, so I never had to have my roof tarped. At the end of the job, there wasn't even a roofing nail to be found on the ground! The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, and the job was finished on schedule. They did the job right so I likely won't have to worry about problems, and if there happen to be any, they will fix them free of charge for as long as I own the home (tranferable to next owner). My experience with DiGiorgi was fantastic, and I would recommend them to anyone for roofing work. They are a bit pricy, but you get what you pay for!

Their pricing was reasonable. They were very efficient and kindly. We had an estimate within a week. They guy came out with color swatches and did his measuring. The crew was out early the next week. The crew was very nice and polite. They got the job done quickly.

They were excellent and I would recommend them highly. I did have to wait for them to come and do the roof but they were very upfront with me about that. They did the job very quickly once they got in. They are very professional, knowledgeable and informative.

The team that replaced my old gutters and installed new gutters was very professional. I would absolutely use Digiorgi again.

We have a beat-up 1920s Dutch colonial in a cramped urban neighborhood, but nothing phased these guys. On Monday, Columbus Day, the Dumpster was backed down the narrow driveway we share with seven other families and double-parked tightly against our garage so our neighbors could enter and exit the driveway unobstructed. Then crew chief Ziggy plus three men showed up to work for five days. Throughout the project they were very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. When rain was predicted, I asked Ziggy if he was going to put a tarp over the roof to protect it. He explained that each day they exposed only as much roof as they could reshingle, so there was never any need for a tarp. ?Your roof will never leak,? he said, and he was right, even though it poured that afternoon and through the night. The rain stopped work early that day, of course, but they came in overtime on Saturday to finish. Every day they cleaned up after themselves, not just raking and brooming, but sending a man to walk the perimeter and police up any small overlooked bits that had gotten tangled in the vegetation. We had a trash pile in one corner of our yard from a completed home improvement project. When the roof was done, Ziggy and his men dumped all our trash into their Dumpster without even being asked. Net result: our finished roof is beautiful, and they left our yard cleaner than they found it. I should also mention that the price I quote above included shoveling off three layers of shingles, plus an ugrade to premium lifetime architectural shingles, plus 6 sheets of plywood to replace rotten roofing. I would hire these guys again in a New York minute.

We have a beat-up 1920s Dutch colonial that includes such features as wavy rooflines and eaves that join the house at strange, messed-up angles. Their crew handled it all with ease. When they got to the small portico that overhangs our front door, they had to call in their vinyl siding expert to operate on it. Kenny had to cut through (1) the vinyl siding, (2) the aluminum flashing and (3) the wooden molding to fashion a small trough on each side. This surgery was to allow the gutters on the portico to join the gutters on the main house at a slight downward tilt that would send the water gushing from the side-gutters into the main downspouts. It was amazing to watch Kenny freehand the curves of our molding onto aluminum flashing with a carpenter?s pencil, then cut and bend the flashing with tin snips to clad the troughs he had cut. Once he finished, gutter manager Tim completed the installation, adding side-gutters that join the main gutters with truly elegant right-angled joins. He also went around the house from top to bottom, adding extra-long downspout extensions and adjusting every corner bracket until it was perfect. All of their workers patiently answered lots of questions and seemed truly concerned that I be pleased with their end result. They did a fantastic job.
