All the details are too numerous to write. I have never, ever had such a poor experience with anyone doing work to my home. The job was handled very unprofessionally and I sought compensation through a financial discount with the company on a final portion of the bill. They refused, numerous times. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Worst experience of my life having work done by someone. I joined Angie's List for the sole purpose of helping me feel I am making an informed decision. This kind of advice I do not need. Nothing but problems all the way through and after.

They are an excellent company and offer lifetime warranty

When they came out they were very thorrow and knowledgable. They showed us pictures of work they have done in the past. They gave us names of people we could call to check on the satifaction of the work they have completed. They will probably be coming out with a couple of weeks to complete the work at my house.

The work took a day or two to complete. Everything was pleasant and easy, just how it should be. One of them came loose from the house a year later and they are coming back to fix it and to look at another spot that's problematic. I'd tell my friends to go ahead and use them.

They have eight employees and they are doing it in one day. It's an 80 year old company, 125 employees and they do 15 roofs a week. They just have an outstanding reputation so that's why I went with them. They are the only guys I would use.

The sales rep, Karen, was excellent - the only woman sales rep among the vendors we contacted, and highly knowledgeable, credible, and not high-pressure. We had been looking at vinyl replacement windows, which constitute a very high percentage of replacement windows, and we had assumed that fiberglass - which contractors' reviews on the Internet said is superior - would cost more than we could pay. But the quote Karen gave us was in line with the quotes for vinyl windows. By the time we talked with DiGiorgi, we had already talked to many other vendors, and we had realized that we were making two decisions: about the manufacturer and about the installer. We got quotes from highly reputable installers who had been selling windows from a manufacturer that had a "bad batch" and/or got sold to another manufacturer who didn't support the warranty of the previous manufacturer; or very ethical installers who sold windows manufactured by no one ever reviewed on the Web or by manufacturers panned on the Web. We began to understand that a family installer business passed to the next generation might not have the same business ethics as the first generation had. So we focused as best we could on both a robust installer company - lots of employees and many years of experience - as well as a robust manufacturer with thumbs up on the Web. Time will tell whether we made the best choice, but so far we are delighted with DiGiorgi and with Infinity by Marvin windows. Marvin windows are very well respected. DiGiorgi is a third-generation company with over a hundred employees, and the ones I talked to raved about working for them. They installed the windows and doors of our whole house in two days in March, and have cheefrully and promptly come back to tweak a few things that needed tweaking once we started actually opening the windows and doors this summer.

They did an excellent job on both the siding and cutters. All crews were very professional, showed up when they said they would and, with the exception of some nails left by the gutter crew) you would never know they were there. The siding crew was on the job 3 days and at the end of each day left the area spotless!!! I was very impressed.

Fulfilled contract-done in a day. Left area neat. Had follow up visit.

Job was fairly priced. Crew was professional. Quality of material and workmanship was very good.

They were prompt, quick, neat and when the job was finished, the foreman went around the house with me to ensure all was done to my satisfaction. They also fixed the connection between the drain and the new gutter. The price is with a coupon, but I don't recall the amount.

It was about two years ago. All went well and their workmanship was excellent. Sorry, I don't remember any other details but there weren't any hiccups. Don't recall the exact cost.

DiGiorgi came and replaced the vinyl siding panels on or around February 4, 2014. Around February 10, I received the bill in the mail and on February 11, DiGiorgi's accounts department called me asking me when I was paying the bill. I told them I had just received the bill the day before and would be paying it at the end of the week and hung up. After a few minutes, I called back and asked for the supervisor and proceeded to tell him what type of harrassing phone call I received. I also told him that the rep never asked me how the new vinyl siding looked and if I were happy. The only reason I deal with DiGiorgi is that they did my three season porch and siding. If I never dealt with them again, it would be too soon.

Fantastic! They were timely, worked fast, and very well. They did a beautiful job, and were very friendly. Their price is only a B rating because they were a little more than the lowest price windows out there, but they're quality and their responsibility were so good, it was really a good value. They drove about an hour plus one way to come to our house. I had heard about them on a television commercial when I lived closer to the CT border, but they didn't charge me extra for the extra travelling distance, and they didn't complain at all. Overall, a wonderful experience and I can highly recommend them!

Door was a little pricey as we had it pre-painted but the labor was within $10 of what Home Depot charged, but DiGiorgi did more than replace the door. We've used them for years and highly recommend them.

Clean, timely and efficient, effective, responsive and communicative about the project.. Enjoying the room!!!!!

The crews were all professional and accommodating. The area was cleaned up every day. Information on lead paint, guarantees, energy rebates, and recommendations for additional contractors were all readily given by the sales representative. The only criticism I had was that the projects started later than originally scheduled since they were overbooked for the summer.

The installer was prompt and very professional. My husband is a carpenter and understood the complexity in the installation, he had no complaints with the work that was performed. When there were issues during installation that required work beyond the scope of the project, we were approached and fully informed of the change and any costs associated with it. Our house has plank siding, so the windows needed to be framed, and inside we had chair railing in some of the rooms, which was discussed in detail. We waited before we submitted this review, we wanted to make sure that we did not encounter leaks or issues, we did not. These windows and the installation are warrantied (transferable) for the life of the house. The windows are as tight, leakproof, and beautiful as the day they were installed.

They came out within a day or so for an estimate after I called. They were neat, efficient and pleasant to work with. The corner guards which are standard installation were a little tall for me. I called them to cut back the guards a little bit, they came out the following day to trim off part of the guards, which now look beautiful.

They were professional and called several times to give us updates on when the project was going to start. They also called a day or two before they started the work. Every day they took away the old materials and cleaned up everything. They were recommended to us by a friend. They offered discounts on the windows because of the quantity of the windows we purchased. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and gave us recommendations for subcontractors to handle other projects that we're looking at having done. It did take them a while to start the project which reflects their grade for punctuality.

We did not select Digiorgi because they were 160% the price of M&J Roofing for a similar roof. In my opinion their gutters solution seemed to be very expensive as well. M&J did a good job.

They r a class act! When they say they will b there, they are. The work is. Professional and excellent!

No problems at all. Were very professional. On time and budget. Had small problem with plumbing vent on roof which they addressed and fixed promptly

Not only did they do an excellent job, they gave us a plan so we knew what was happening and if something didn't work they would have a solution. The price was reasonable.

They did excellent work, were very professional and courteous and it looked wonderful when they were done! Even the sales rep was very nice to deal with. I have also spoken to them about replacing my roof (about 10 months ago) and I intend to go with them if the quote is still the same. I had 3 different quotes and I like the supplies and work they quoted. All 3 came in fairly close, the other 2 were a little less, but I also felt their product was not as good.
