The previous door was purchased and installed by its place of purchase and was also a Larson door. It closed however; it didn't sealed tightly unless it was locked. The new door is a perfect fit. If all goes as planned we will be calling Digiorgi soon for a kitchen estimate. We are not unreasonable people, with every improvement you do to your house there are always going to be a glitch or two however; Dave Digiorgi's genuine concern, resolution and still more follow-up to assure that the issue is indeed resolved is what impressed us most. The entire Digiorgi crew is neat, courteous and performs with same work ethic as their owner.

We hired DiGiorgi to replace our windows. We had spoken to two other companies about window replacement. Their saleswoman that I met with was very knowledgable on their products and answered the many questions I had. She was very professional as were all the employees and Dave DiGiorgi whom I dealt with. When the project began, it was discovered we had severe wood rot in two walls. Within two hours they had someone out to our house to look at the problem and develop a solution. While we did have to pay to have the work done, the price was not excessive and the work exceeded my expectations. The openings that the window people had created were tightly sealed until the walls were repaired. The windows were put in as soon as the walls were done. We love the windows and they actually make the room feel bigger and brighter. We would definitely use DiGiorgi again and recommend them.

We got excellent service from the salesperson, who was very knowledgeable and punctual, and we visited their showroom to see the casement windows. Company was very responsive and kept us informed on delivery, which was within their initial timeframe. The installers arrived 15 minutes early which was such a pleasant surprise (our previous experience with contractors where they are usually up to an hour late). Installers were very professional, took time to align and correct for older house, and really cleaned up afterwards. Installer also reviewed window instructions and ensured that we were satisfied with each window. Would definitely use them again

I signed a contract in February and was told that work would begin in approximately 6 weeks. March came and went, April came and went. In May they called to apologize for the delay, blaming it on an influx of business due to a promotional sale and a stretch of unusually rainy weather. I explained that I was leaving town on July 23 and was assured that was not an issue because the project would definitely be completed by then. June came and went. In early July the siding was finally deposited in my front yard. I called to ask if that meant that work was beginning soon and was told that yes, work would start on July 23 - the exact day I had warned them I would be leaving. They agreed to postpone the start date until July 31. The work actually began on August 4. Once the project began I had no complaints. My questions and concerns were promptly addressed and the job was done professionally. While I'm very happy with the end product, waiting nearly six months for the work to begin was beyond frustrating.

They were terrific, they were very professional. They also answer all your questions, are always available and are great. They were expensive, but they were also hands down the most professional.

They were phenomenal. I have had numerous things done on my house and this is the only company that I can describe as outstanding. I?m a nurse and one of the other nurses at the hospital used them to do her house and it came out beautifully. I am so satisfied and my house looks just as beautiful. There was one day that there was one little thing that I wasn?t happy with and the next morning they made it perfect; they really listen to you. It took them three weeks and they just did the inspection yesterday. They definitely were not the cheapest but the quality makes it worth it.

As rain slowed the work, the Thanksgiving holiday approached. Even though they weren't quite through with it, they were good enough to have the dumpster removed early to make room for my holiday guests. They still did a good job of cleaning up considering the storms and high winds. You never really appreciate having a good roof over your head until you don't! We have been leak free, ever since! Both their salesman and their foreman were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely call DiGiorgi again.

We used DiGiorgi back in 2005 to replace a large picture/double hung window at our old house. We'd been very satisfied with their work and pricing, so we contacted them again as well as a two other contractors to give us estimates for replacing existing gutters, rainwater leaders, and rotting fascia boards at our new house. We wanted seamless gutters with Leafguard or similar anti-clog protection, and composite fascias. DiGiorgi's price for this work included thinner (and therefore less durable) gauge aluminum gutters, reusing the existing RWLs, and preprimed wood fascia boards (to save money, according to the estimator who priced the job). Ultimately we went with a different contractor for heavier gauge gutters & leaf guard, new RWLs and Azek composite fascias, for $1500 less than DiGiorgi quoted for lesser materials.

Got three bids for new roof on our 3300 sf house. Phone is answered promptly by a real person. Salesman was on time, had samples, we picked architectural shingles. They had the best warranty for the work (transferrable to new owner if we well house), and had a competitive price. The workman showed up on time, cleaned up daily, and the new roof looks beautiful. We are very pleased.

Materials and dumpster arrived on time and were placed in a location previously agreed upon. They took care and protected our shrubs. The workers were very professional. They cleaned up daily and removed all job related debris from premises when job was complete. The completed job was inspected by the supervisor and myself before final payment. It was a job well done!

They weren't the lowest bidder, but weren't the highest either. They were in the middle. They were very prompt and courteous. They cleaned up well and were preofessional. I would definately cosider using them again.

Initially they arrived and began tear-off of roof. However, the skylight installation did not go as well. It seemed that the crew was unfamiliar with electric skylights and then a supervisor came and started to tell them to proceed by using methods that caused concern, i.e. cutting wires and more. We also had an electrician that recommended that those wires not be cut. The supervisor did not act professionally, (he was later terminated), and the result was less than satisfoactory which created drywall repair needs. When we expressed displeasure the company when above and beyond to ensure that repairs were made, including drywall repair, painting to our satisfaction and at their cost. thus we were very pleased with the remaining job.

Better than I expected. They cleaned up every day......they came when they said and finished all in one few days, then had the supervisor check the job.....then the supervisor walked around the house with me to make sure everything met my specifications

We needed a roof repair. The person doing the estimate was late & tried to cancel. He did not really inspect the roof that needed repair, just looked at it from an upstairs window. It seemed that his main concern was how much the contractor before him did. Despite all the advertising on TV, we were not impressed.

Work was done exacted as contracted. I received a phone call when the weather postponed the job from Friday to Monday. Crews were prompt, polite, and efficient. The area was cleaned up before the crew left. Follow-up checked the work before signing off on it. The only complaint is that the crew that removed the dumpster did not check for nails left on the driveway -- there were two nails.

The owner made sure that I was completely satisfied with the work. The project crew was very good and the job came out beautifully. They cleaned up well and the field supervisor followed up after the installation. It has worked very well and I would use them again.

Very good. We got three estimates. This company gave us addresses for houses they had done near us so we could look at them before deciding. The crew was very professional and worked hard for 10-11 hours a day. Finished job in 3 days plus a bit more. Best warranty on labor of all three. We would use them again, but hopefully the roof should last 30 years!

Job went very well. Only minor complaint had to do with getting the PM to return my calls once we agreed to have work done. It took a week or so to hook up. Job was started on time and looks great. They even painted a few spots under the soffits where the wood got exposed.

Despite a few glitches in the weather, the process went smoothly. The materials arrived on time and the waste removed as scheduled. The workers were punctual and courteous. They did a great job cleaning up the yard. They even replaced siding that was loose, but not related to their job. One screen was damaged as well as a light fixture but they immediately replaced all the items. We felt that they they were very courteous and willing to please the customer. I would definitely use them again! Their price was competitive with other bids we received for the job. Also, their sales person was the only one who actually climbed on the old roof to look at it and told me that we could go another year...and we did!

They were timely and they finished the job within two weeks. There was a head guy who would call and check in everyday.

They were very professional when they arrived. They informed me of when they would be working and for how long. They kept the site clean every day and after they finished, they sent someone over with a magnet to get all the screws that might have been left behind. They worked very quickly. They started on Tuesday and finished Saturday morning.

It was not a good experience. They forgot to send me the quote, then when I did ask them to do the work they somehow forgot to schedule it, and when they finally showed up they tried to do less than what was in the quote and wound up coming back several times before they finally fixed the leaks. I do not recommend them.

As a brand-new homeowner, I dreaded getting a new roof, but dealing with Di Giorgi was a pleasure from start to finish. I did my homework and they were one of 4 contractors I had look at the job. The people in charge were experienced and professional. I was given a copy of their insurance policy with my name on it. The job was done quickly, excellent quality work, nice guys, great cleanup. They even replaced several cedar shingles free of charge even though a separate team came to do it. Price was in the middle of the 4 estimates I got and they charged exactly what was on the estimate. Only potential problem is they are in demand so there was a long wait for them to do the job - 2.5 months - so plan ahead!

They had a great crew and they cleaned up really well. I am impressed with them. They were professional and hard working and the price was great as well. They were easy to work with and our roof looks great. The whole experience was great.
