Pricing was extremely reasonable - best quote I'd received! - and they (it's multiple people apparently contracted out) were always prompt and efficient in their services each time they came. Payment was able to be set up as auto-billing, which I appreciated, so we didn't have to worry about leaving money each time. Also, I love that he communicates via email - as that was hard to find someone to do that (my preference). Unfortunately, we stopped using their services after about the 4th time they ran over my clearly marked/fenced off growing trees/plants and left parts of our yard (that they thought were our neighbors' - which I'd clearly instructed were our property) un-mowed so I had to go out and mow those patches myself. At one point, after I'd cancelled them, they kept me on the books for the following week (which I then still owed them for) and this also happened to be the time they tore up a dog lead post from the ground - which he offered to replace, which was nice. I'm not anal retentive about my yard, but I like the things I plant to stay alive. :) If you have new trees growing, I'd avoid as the attention to detail wasn't great. If you have an easy, large yard that needs a quick mowing, I'm sure they're great - and the most reasonably priced in the area.

Ben came by for an estimate within a couple days. After I agreed to sign up with them, he had one of his people cut my lawn to make sure I was happy with their service.
