Very well. Fernando was very prompt and was easy to get a hold of over the phone. He and his workers (all family members) have been doing this for some time and are very pleasant to work with. They covered the bushes and cleaned up after each day. The price was fair and within the pricing of several other bids.
Description of Work: Prep: Power wash loose paint off with a mildew killing agent, prime and fill in any cracks (and sand), caulk where needed. Paint two coats of latex stain on entire house, including a fence, pergola, gutters and window sashes. Also, replaced some rotted wood and refinished a wood door and applied varnish over the ceilings of two entryways. This was a large job (4,000 square foot house) with an exposed basement (three levels of painting in one area!).
