Mainline Heating and Supply

Love my pellet stove and the attic insulation I had done. I love their products by Dr. Energy Saver and I want more work done once I get the money. Really looking forward to a mini split ductless heat pump and their line of water heaters that they have. The new owner has taken a new direction which I think is great. Though I didn't have any issues, I have heard that people complain about how backed up they can get. But I think they're worth the wait and have heard that they are working on making the administrative process smoother. I also have them clean my chimney and stove every spring.

On 10/12/2015 I had my chimney cleaned and inspected. It was found to have cracked flue tiles. The technician wrote up the details of his findings and I was advised in writing do not use. He also noted that the flue wasn't cleaned succsesfuly .I was provided with a quote to install a liner by the tech. I was told if I call within 24 hours the $200 cleaning would be waived. I was also told I would receive photos of the damage . I never received them. I called the office the next day ,it took until the following Thursday's after several calls for someone to call me back. I spoke to a rep and asked for requote and and small discount. I received a fair adjustment . I stated in my email I wanted to get this scheduled ASAP. I called and left several messages and emails in an effort to give them my business with no response. On 11/3. I called to speak to a customer service manager, I explained the situation and disappointment in the lack of response . Basic ail I just received a bunch of excuse with very weak apology. And most amazing no attempt to resolve. Note I was imbursed by my insurance company the next day.

Very friendly and knowledgeable on my fireplace insert. Brandon Bourey and Rene both came and walked me though how to use the insert never having owned one before and found that some parts were missing. They ordered the parts for me and showed me how to install them (being that they were fairly easy to replace on my own)

The cleaner showed up 5 minutes early! The work was done quickly and, important when dealing with a wood stove, cleanly. While here the technician replaced several bricks in the wood stove. After he and his co-worker left I noticed that a brick was cracked. The technician returned to my home and replaced the brick at no charge and it wasn't even one that they had just replaced.

They have been here for 3 years now. I am satisfied with their service, and what they do. I am happy with them overall, and I have tried to get other people here who made an appointment and never showed. These people make an appointment and they are here. The price was a little high. The quality was excellent.

Very well, with no questions, made several suggestions which we will follow up on.

Timely, and well performed, I followed their recommendations. Service rep didn't respond to several phone requests regarding a question I had post-service. I visited the store and the answer to my question was professionally dealt with, which I appreciated and resulted in future use of Mainline.
