+ -1 moreThis procedure has become routine to us, as it has been a number of years, perhaps ten years since the initial inspection for and elimination of the termite colony that had invaded our house. We have kept up the yearly inspections as insurance against any new termite colony invasions. The yearly fee is well worth the peace of mind it affords us.
Description of Work: The provider checked the termite bates for activity and replaced or repaired any termite traps that may have been damaged during the winter months. The traps are checked like this twice per year, in the summer.

The service is okay but the company that Yale replaced called and said they owned the termite traps so they wanted to come and remove all of the work that Yale had done. I think we have resolved this issue but it would have been good to know that this was a problem in advance.

+ -1 moreThere was a 5 year guarentee for no termites as long as you have them check every spring. They were great, we had no complaints at all. I would definitely recommend them. They got rid of the termites.
