Owner came to home to assess problem with the quality of my water. Offered solution which was reasonably priced and made sense. Work scheduled quickly, completed with professionalism, very clean, and competently done.. Will use this company in the future for annual upkeep and any other water problems. Very pleased; already made recommendation to friends.

I called late Sunday night. Rick the owner answered the phone. Said he would be at my home Monday AM. Fred and Matt showed up at 9 AM, diagnosed the problem, and had a new pump installed in 1 hour! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Scheduled appointment promptly, came on time. Very knowledgeable, did work professionally and sent me a report the same day. I would reconmend Water Dr.

They replaced the whole system for me because I was getting some kind of rashes on my skin and they tested everything and I'm very happy with them. They did a great job. They come back once a year to test it.

They did a fine job. They were very timely. They stuck within their budget. They did every thing I asked for.

He answered the phone. and came out over the weekend with no other surcharge.

I had called Water Dr to get a quote for replacing a water softener injector pump that had developed a slow leak several months ago. The service guy was quick to respond and came over the same day. But, instead of providing a quote, he patched the motor with duct tape and a dirty towel because he didn't have the parts in his truck and then charged a $100 for the service visit. I am a little confused why he thought that I would like to pay a $100 for the patch job that would last only a couple of days while he got the parts. The leak was going on for several months and I could have certainly survived a couple of days. Unless, this is their way of getting an edge over their customers who hope to recover their service charges by paying whatever they quote for the replacement parts. I cant trust them enough to let them back in my house again.

They were great. They were just knowledgeable. They looked at the water system we had. They didn't try to sell us anything that wasn't necessary. They were punctual, on time. We have really no complaints. They're excellent.

They were professional, thorough and knows everything about water softeners but the price was a little high.

Greco and Haines had told me that I needed a new well tank while they were making a routine well check-up visit. ?They gave me a quote for two different tanks. ?Since our tank's demise wasn't imminent, I thought I'd call around for a better price. ?Found Water Doctor on the internet, called, and spoke with Rick. He quoted me a price that was about $250 cheaper than G and H. ?He even called back a day later and gave me another quote on a slightly cheaper tank for $50 less. ?Needless to say, I went with Water Doctor.? I set up appointment, and the fellow called (I think it was Tyler) to say he was on his way...I was a bit annoyed when he arrived rather late, not realizing he was coming from quite a distance away,..I was worried I'd be running late for an appointment I had later on. ?However, he had the tank fully installed in about an hour; ?he was very friendly and courteous. ?I will call on Water Doctor again for my well needs, even to do the routine maintenance that Greco and Haines normally does. ?Thanks, guys!

Matt & Elvis showed up when promised, were professional and efficient. They were pleasant to work with and offered me options on solving my water (incoming water leak from well) problems. I would recommend them to my neighbors and family and use them when I upgrade my well system.

Rick, Scott and the other young man who serviced us were exceptional.? They're extremely professional and know their business inside and out.? They clearly take pride in what they do.? They explained everything thoroughly, answered all our questions and provided brochures and websites with information on the products they installed so we knew exactly what we were getting and what it would do for our water.? They took tests before and after the installation.? On top of that, they're all really nice, regular guys.? They found my "lost" well in about 2 seconds with a "Schoendstat locator".? Then they took down its exact location.? They even emailed me photos of the drain spout they installed for my water softener.? Their prices are reasonable for the level of service they provide.? ? I would recommend them very highly to anyone looking for water softening and purification.

It was done VERY professionally, on time and on budget with lots of check-ins to make certain everything worked as promised. He just performed an annual check up and solved a couple of other minor plumbing problems that crept up in recent months. He and his guys could not be any better.

He arrived promptly., checked and worked on my system, and did it all in a thorough and efficient manner.
