All three jobs were perfect. Sal was the low bidder on each job, completed work promptly, and stopped right by -- usually within a day and sometimes same day -- whenever there's been a problem to fix. Insofar as engineering new installations, Sal's planning is always on target. Unlike experiences with other HVAC contractors, Sal has always installed units of the proper size, arranged ducting to evenly heat/cool all rooms, and placed equipment and piping in the most unobtrusive places. Equally welcome is Sal's proactive approach to saving you money by suggesting lower-cost alternatives to replacing a complete system. Not all HVAC people will do this, as it often is more work/less profit for them.

Very pleased - They had the best price by a wide margin for identical gear. Arrived and completed as scheduled. Thee was a small install issue which they returned to resolve immediately and on the weekend. Crew was cheerful, no mess left, everything works as expected. No issues whatsoever. Highly recommended.

I've had many service men at my house for various home repairs, home renovations, home improvement projects. And I have to say I am the most impressed with Sal and his crew. The job went exactly as planned, maybe even better than expected! ...from the first time I met him for an estimate, through the final stage of the job. When he arrived for an estimate, he asked me a lot of questions about my comfort level in the house (regarding a/c and heat temperatures). Based on my answers, he offered several options, explained which ones would be more cost effective to do during the big job, and others that I could add on if I needed to at any later point in time. He did NOT try to talk me into anything. He genuinely seemed concerned about MY COMFORT in my house. He sent his estimate in a timely manor which was very thorough and straight forward. He told me I would be eligible for a couple of rebates, and he completed the rebate paperwork for me. Sal was very responsive to all my emails and phone calls. We set up a date to install the air conditioning at the end of June. My current air conditioning unit failed when I tried to turn it on for the first time in mid-June. I called Sal, he came out the very next morning to repair my old unit temporarily (again to keep me comfortable in my house). He didn't charge me for this service call. Sal and his crew showed up on time for the installation, and started the job immediately. They were very cautious to cover any floor area they would be working. They needed to cut a hole in my wall to install some equipment. They asked my permission first, and after the job was done, they spackled the hole, color matched my wall and painted the area,. (THIS WAS A FIRST FOR ME!) The air conditioning ran wonderfully all summer! Sal came back in early September to install the furnace and hot water heater. I had the same experience for 2nd part of the job too - A VERY SMOOTH JOB!!! He told me in advance when I would not be able to use hot water, so I could plan showers, etc. After the job was complete, he explained how everything worked, and said since it's a new unit, he might need to come back to adjust the temperature of the furnace. He said to just call him if we are not comfortable and he'll be happy to come and adjust it. And I feel comfortable knowing he'll come out quickly for the adjustment. I am so pleased with this job from the beginning to end.... I plan to use him on an annual basis to tune my air-conditioning, and would absolutely use him again in the future!
Description of Work: Sal and his crew installed 2 new air conditioning units, a new air handler, new furnace and new hot water heater.
