Ralph Mann & Sons is by far one of the most professional and efficient service companies I have ever dealt with. After my 23 year old condenser finally kicked the bucket, they were on site the next day to assess the situation. When replacement day came, Kevin and Matt arrived right on schedule. Not bad, especially when it was a 30 minute window to begin with! They got right to work, and before I knew it the old condenser and evaporator was already in the back of the van. When a metal piece needed replacing they were able to leave, machine a new part, and return in about 25 minutes. I honestly couldn’t believe it. I was initially told this would be an all day affair. But just four hours later, the new parts were installed and running beautifully. Kevin and Matt answered any questions I had during the process, and were very respectful of my home throughout the entire install. While larger companies may have more advertising, I highly recommend Mann & Sons for anyone in the area looking for a hassle free repair or replacement job!

I felt confident after speaking with a number of providers so went ahead with the installation. Everything went well, the workers were pleasant, all questions have been answered and the AC works great.

They beat every bodies prices in the area, they are literally so good that the builder inspector came to make sure the gas pipes were in right and he look at me say Ralph Mann this work didn't he and I said yes.

I had a number of people out to give me bids and was worried I would not find anyone who was going to do an honest job. I was quoted far more by most of the companies, some of whom told me it was my responsibility to remove the old oil drum. I found Ralph Mann in an online search and all their reviews were excellent. When I had them come out to give me an estimate I knew I had found the right people. I love their contract, no small print - it simply says we will do a good job, or we will come back and fix it. Everyone who worked on this project was incredibly polite and helpful. They explained what they were doing and actually welcomed me to watch. The work was done so beautifully that when the inspector came out to check the gas pipe they put in, prior to it being connected and turned on he actually said "You are having Ralph Mann do this, I recognize their work. They are the best, I always know it's done correctly." They started and finished on time and I was impressed at the precision of the gas pipe, everything looked perfect and worked perfectly. It really was a beautiful job. They cleaned up after themselves when they left. They were so personable I rather hated to see them go. They come back every year to check out the furnace and water heater for me. They are always on time and very nice to work with. I really can't recommend them more highly. Even though I bought the air conditioner in the winter, they came in the spring to install it. They were excellent and very reasonable. They were also very clean and even tested everything before they left. We never had to call them. I would recommend to anyone

It went fairly well, we had thought it was the capacitor on the outside unit but it turned out the drip pan drain was blocked and a part had come in contact with the accumulating water and shorted out. The tech arrived promptly and took a short time to figure out the issue. He can back a few days alter with the new part, cleared the drain and hey presto we had aircon again. We didn't get billed for amost 3 week and on looking at the bill noticed they had charged us for 3 hours labor, whereas my sposue thought they had sent no more than 2 hours (one hour or fraction of one hour for each visit) fixing the problem. He called the company and they immediately reduced the labor charge by one hour.

Mr. Mann came out to give me a price and promised to make this the best experience I ever had with a contractor. And he made good on his promise. The estimate was the price. There was no contract with small print. They said what would be done and then did it with speed, courtesy and professionalism. The workman cleaned up after himself as well. He also gave me instructions on how to use my new gas furnace and water heater. When the gas company came out to inspect the installation he stated that he could tell that it was a Ralph Mann installation because the work is always done perfectly. He said I could be confident I had gotten the best possible service. You can't ask for more than that. The furnace performed beautifully all winter and drastically lowered the cost of heating my home.

It is hard to find a company that can install geothermal air conditioning units as there are only a few companies that even deal with that. I guess you have to have special skills. I was impressed that the duct work was commercial grade and all of their work was top notch.
