talking to salesman everything was great. some things we talked about was not in contract but salesman said would be the same as i already had. Th is in particular ws that i wanted furnace on 4 inch blocks.salesman said it would be. on day of install i wanted new blocks , which i had outside. icould only carry 4 2 inch blocks at a time. i said i would go get 4more but was told too late as they had already cut furnace for cold air return so they put furnace on 2 inch blocks, so i am not satisfiedwith this . also they reused parts of old ductwork.instead of making new. where the old ductwork did not fit correct they taped the seam. i called in my complaint and was told to come out and redo job it would be $500. i said no, why should i pay for yourtaking shortcuts?bottom line-not happy with this company r

12/30/21: My condo was built in 1972, so had its original furnace/ac. Had 3 other proposals, yet not one of them was close to being as thorough, or in my opinion, as honest as Aireservs was. They provided a beautiful new furnace, condenser, digital thermostat, and upgraded how I change my filter (sweet). The service techs respected my home from start to finish and cleaned up everything; Brad and the techs were great! Aireserv is an excellent company that without question, I highly recommend!

Customer service team was very informative on the specials for the day, which help me make my final decision to accept there service. The Air condition tech was very knowledgeable and knew the problem to correct ASAP.

They are a good company. I would recommend them to others and friends. I hired them because a first company I hired gave me a ridiculously high quote for repair job. They said my Fujitsu wall mounted unit had a leak problem. For testing, it costs $1000! It was difficult to swallow so I start searching for alternatives and came to hire AIRESERV. At the first time, a guy came with a wrong adapter (Mitsubishi) although I clearly said to them mine is a Fujitsu. Thatâ s a bummer because I wasted my time to step out of my company for this. But the second visit was successful. Same guy came. He quickly put a right diagnostics and concluded no leakage. From this, I definitely not recommend my first company, Celco. If I would keep using them, I would end up wasting $1000. I already wasted $140 for wrong diagnostics though. Anyhow he reset the unit and it was back on right away! He only charged diagnosis fee. I am happy with how it was handled. I purchased maintenance program for next winter

They responded quickly and got the furnace operating quickly. I hired Aire Serve because Southern Connecticut Gas' customer service would not give me a technician arrival time window of less than 24 hours. I have a service contract with SCG but couldn't accept the idea I might have to wait a whole day for heat. When the Aire Serve technician learned that I had a service contract with SCG, he pointed out additional work my heating system needed and recommended I contact SCG to do that additional work to save myself money. NOW THAT"S AN HONEST BUSNESSMAN ! I highly recommend Aire Serve to anyone with a heating problem but no service contract. An honest company.

They come in for fix my boiler they re change the fee but they can t find the problem they shut of my boiler I have two kids and that night they freeze and cold They said not enough gas pressures I called gas company they come immediately chance the meter my boiler still same My boiler was working from switch after they come it s not working they made my broiler worse

They came out to repair my AC. Told me it was minimum $99 to come out and I agreed. The repair guy looked around, pulled a capapcitor off the compressor and said it will be $300 to replace a $35 part. Now I had to reveal it was 100 degrees outside so I was cornered to take highway robbery so I paid it or I'm stuck for another day. And who knows, when its that hot, try to get anyone. But just so people know, I'm all about making money and I happen to know how much capacitors cost but any repair place making almost 800% margin is not credible. If he charged $150 or even $195 I'd be like ok no problem. But not $300. This is like a car repair guy saying your windsheild washer fluid is $100 to refill. The AC repair guy was super nice, but the customer service and manager at Aire Serve was rude, unwilling to work a better more competitive price and not nice.

Came right out for repair but system was too far gone. They ended up replacing system - juggling their schedule to speed up installation during a heat wave. New system works far better that old one ever did. Price was commensurate with others. Communication was very good throughout the entire process.

They came out next day after call.
