Make sure you know exactly what you are paying for. I knew what is being done but didn't know exactly what was going being used. Finished work is unpleasing to the eye. I wasn't a where insulated flexable tubing being used instead of a ridged duct being used.

From the first phone call w/Nicole, everything went very smoothly with this company. They came 2 days after my initial inquiry, were knowledgeable and patient. A pipe broke as they were performing their service because it was very old and they promptly fixed it on the spot and made sure the job was complete before they left. Highly recommend this company and their helpful service!
