+ -1 moreHe was very personable and did a good job. He is a really nice guy and are very knowledgeable about flooring. The only negative thing I could say about them would be that one day they could have done a better job with cleaning up.
Description of Work: He glued down engineered wood flooring over cement.

+ -1 moreVery happy with the quality of work done in both rooms. Used commercial grade sealer and polyurethane that are not available to general public. Left a pint of polyurethane for future touch up. The price for the job was midpoint of 4 bids but was convinced to use Mike by looking at photos jobs that he had completed.There is a 5 year warrantee on the job completed.
Description of Work: Removed the poorly installed kitchen red oak hardwood floor, and installed new red oak floor. Also made repair in familyroom oak floor. Then sanded, sealed, and polyurethaned both family room and kitchen floor.
