I spoke with Luke at attack a crack, and unfortunately the type of work I needed he did not perform. However, he spent time on the phone with me discussing options, and gave me a referral on who would be able to do the work for me. Even though I would not use his services, he spent time discussing my problems and helping me to find a solution. I may not have used him in this instance, but anybody that spends time to help another individual out, knowing they will not get compensated. Is somebody I would recommend.

We had what I consider a standard vertical crack in our basement wall/foundation that needed repaired. We got a couple of quotes and Attack a Crack was the least expensive, came with a lifetime guarantee (others were 2-15 years) and the repair they did was less of an eye sore than what others planned to do. Two months later the seal has held and there hasn’t been any leaking. But I’m not concerned about the quality as I know they fixed another leak in our basement septic pipe years ago for the previous owner and there has never been an issue. I will call them first if we have other basement leaks.

I was out of state when the actual repair was done, but my condo neighbors (who also were approved to have work done by this company) highly praised Justin for his efficient, quick, friendly, and neat repair of our unit and theirs. By offering a lifetime guarantee transferable to subsequent owners they have greatly assisted with our condo sale process.
Description of Work: I have been extremely pleased with Luc Richard and his Attack-A-Crack company. We had put our condo on the market while emptying our basement to move to Maine. During the first few showings potential buyers noticed a basement wall crack that had been unnoticed by us. Their feedback showed that it was concerning and deterring buyers. Late on a Friday afternoon when I had briefly come back to CT from Maine, I texted photos of the crack to Luc after seeing the informative videos on his website. He phoned back immediately, assessed the severity of the crack, and sent an estimate for repair after explaining how he could repair it, and make it structurally sound and cosmetically acceptable. He also assisted me with dealing with my condo association to get it fixed more quickly.

Bob was very professional, explained everything he was going to do and the materials he would be using. He kept me informed as the work progressed and unconditionally guaranteed his work. We have only had 1 good rain storm since he did the work and it didn't leak so we have high hopes for all future rain storms.

I really cannot say enough about Attack a Crack and Luc, the owner of the company. I called and left a message about my problem, and within an hour Luc called me back. He asked me to text him a picture of the crack, and he immediately got back to me with a price. Of course, to add insult to injury with the cellar, the crack went behind my electrical panel, so that had to be moved so Attack A Crack could do the repair. I got an electrical quote, mentioned it to Luc, and he told me to get another price because the charge seemed too high. He even gave me the name of an electrician to call. As it turns out, thanks to Luc, I saved a lot of money on the electrical. The employee who came to fix the crack (I think his name was Justin, cannot recall for sure) was very punctual, very thorough, and did a great job. We have had some serious downpours since this work was done, and my cellar has been bone dry since Attack a Crack did the repair work. I would highly recommend Attack A Crack to anyone looking to have foundation crack repairs on their homes. The customer service was exemplary, the repair work was done very well. No complaints whatsoever.
Description of Work: I had a crack in my foundation which was allowing water to seep into my cellar. I found Attack A Crack online and contacted them for an estimate of the repair work.

They responded to my call extremely quickly, offered a precise written estimate on the strength of the photographs I emailed them, and came out to do the work that same week. They sealed the full length of the crack from floor to ceiling from the inside with epoxy, covered the inside surface with a rubber layer and the outside with plaster. They back up their work with a lifetime guarantee. Winter/early spring will be the best test of the seal, but I feel good knowing that I can call them back if there are problems. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Hoping I won't need their services again, but I would 100% recommend.

Called and received an immediate evaluation by phone video and pictures of the problem. Right away they knew what the problem was - gave me estimate by phone and emailed - Then they scheduled an appointment to repair. Josh took, the time to explain what happened and how the repair would fix this. It was done with perfection, attention to detail, clean and professional. No wonder home inspectors love their work and they have a lifetime guarantee .

The job, from beginning to end, met or exceeded all of my expectations. Justin did a phenomenal job with repairing all cracks on both basement floor and foundation walls. The price was more than fair considering the number of cracks that had to be repaired. I would not hesitate to recommend others.

Overall, this was a great experience! I called the company late Monday afternoon and got a call back within an hour. I was able to get an appointment the next day due to a cancellation they had. My technician, Justin, arrived on time and worked very efficiently. I asked a lot of questions before and during the procedure and he took the time to show me and explain what he would be doing at each step. That brought me peace of mind. Justin carefully chipped away the concrete around the pipe and found the gaps between the foundation and pipe (which he showed me). He cleaned the areas, inserted copper tubing into the gaps, packed the area with cement and then injected an expanding urethane product into the tubes to fill the gaps. Once the areas were filled, he cut the tubes and capped everything with a large rubber patch. The final product is very neat, clean, and I have a dry basement for the first time in over a month. Prior to this, I had terrible experiences with a number of contractors who either would not touch the job or would only do it as part of a replacement of the whole pipe in from the well (at a cost of over $2000). This company handled the job within a few hours for for under $600. I'm very pleased with the work and although I hope I do not have trouble like this in the future, I would definitely call them back if I had similar needs.
Description of Work: I had a small trickle of water coming in from the foundation where the pipe comes in from the well. It happened suddenly after a significant amount of snow melt followed by two weeks of intense rain. I had no prior problems with water and the rest of the basement is dry. After making sure it wasn't a cracked well-line, we determined that there was an issue with the foundation around the pipe.

Great! The service tech came in and was very efficient. He even found a small hairline crack that was not identified before and repaired it at no extra cost.

Some water was getting into my basement. I couldn't identify how the water was getting in. So I started contacting all these basement companies. Each one was telling me (based on a video I shot of the issue) that they couldn't help me. At first Luke with Attack a Crack said that, but he was prompt to get back to me, and he suggested that I talk to a handyman. (Other companies didn't give me suggestions). I said the handyman doesn't feel comfortable fixing it. So Luke suggested that I take some pictures of the issue. I sent him pictures and based on my pictures he told me where he thinks the leak/crack is coming from. He was very specific too. He said its coming from your front porch step, not one step below. And sure enough, I lifted up the mat on the front porch and there was a crack in the foundation. (I poured a cup of water over the crack and it started to leak into the basement. We've found the culprit!) He was so patient with me, and allowed me to ask all these questions. And he let me send all these pictures via text. Which saves both of us a lot of time.
