Excellent service. Would hire again.

It was a rough winter in the Hamptons and we were on a trip. The boiler stopped working and, on a cold day multiple (7) pipes burst. When we turned the water on disaster awaited. As it was the week before Memorial Day plumbers were very busy. Frank, from Affordable Plumbing, came out at night, worked for five hours and returned two days later to finish the job. He was courteous, determined and super competent. Kudos!

He's very reasonable, and he came when I needed him right away. I had a leak down in the cellar. He also put a water heater in my New Britain house. On professionalism, his choice of words sometimes they're not appropriate. His price and his quality are what keeps me using him. He always cleans up. The amount of time that it takes him, depends on what he's doing. When he came over for the water heater, it only took him an hour, everybody else said it takes three hours. He had a worker with him, but he did an excellent, excellent job and they did a little bit more than he had to I think, but he wanted to be sure it was okay and I needed it done.

He's very reasonable. Actually he came when I needed him right away. On professionalism, He would be a B sometimes his choice of words are not very professional. I keep using him because of his price and his quality. He always cleans up. Depending on what it is, It only took an hour. Everyone says it takes 3 hours, but he only did it in an hour he had a worker with him but he did an excellent excellent job. And actually they did a little bit more than they had to I think but he wanted to make sure it was OK and he knew I needed it done.
