I first learned of Mark Keesling as the provider who installed and replaced the water heater in a house I bought in Woodland Park. There were other things I wanted done so since I knew he was located in Woodland Park I called him up and had him first come and service both heaters for me. I showed him the list of things I wanted done and he gave me a quote for the work. We then scheduled for the work to be done. I asked him to change out vents on one of the heaters so that it allowed for changing of the filters on the main floor instead of having to crawl through a long and dusty crawl space to get to. This required him to custom build a set of brackets on the one floor vent that was a fresh air intake and would require a filter. He did this in a way that made changing the filter easy as well as keeping the air properly filtered. He was able with a little ingenuity and creative thinking to allow for ease of use without cutting a larger hole in the floor. As for the other intake vent once he opened it up he noticed that it could be cut a little bit more to allow better air flow which I told him to go ahead and do. He did this in a very clean and efficient manner that also allowed the newer filter holding vent to fit snugly. Now I do not have to crawl through a dusty crawl space to change the filter in the winter months due to Mark's professional work. That was the heating work Mark did for me.

As for the plumbing work, I requested that several things be done. I wanted the water line for the fridge redone and a shut off valve installed above the floor so I did not have to use the crawl space if there was ever a need to shut it off. I also wanted a sink poorly placed in the garage to be capped off and removed. I also asked for a new garbage disposal to be installed and to re-pipe the dishwasher drain into the sewer pipe located under the sink, that was currently not being used for its intended purpose. He was able to get all that done either by himself or with another licensed plumber, Bryce, who does the same level of work as he does. He also fixed several toilets for me as well, and if they could be fixed less expensively he did so. He did not try to sale me higher services or products. He made suggestions and listened to what I was trying to accomplish. He would tell me his suggestions and what he would and would not do. He was friendly, courteous, punctual, and professional. His rates are very reasonable and his work is top notch. I would suggest Woodland Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning for all your HVAC needs and more.
