Our dryer started making squealing sounds a couple days before Thanksgiving. We were debating whether to seek a repair on a 9 year old dryer or buy a new set with the Black Friday specials. I called Troy Wednesday afternoon and he got back to me later in the afternoon, confirming that he could come by Friday. He was timely, very knowledgeable, efficient with his work and we wrapped up with both washer and dryer assessed, cleaned and fully operational. The final bill for a couple hours of maintenance work was so much better than the purchase of new appliances, even with the discounts. Troy confirmed that the current set, with cleaning and some adjustments should last for a few more years+. Its nice to have an honest, responsive local repair service. We will definitely contact Troy for our appliance service needs.

Troy responded to my request for service promptly. He fixed my dishwasher issue and offered to also repair some minor plumbing issues after I asked for a recommendation for a plumber. (He does not do major plumbing work). He was very pleasant and made sure all issues were resolved. I will use him again if needed.

Came over within a few hours of call,ordered the part on site,called the next day that said part was in. Offered to come on a Saturday morning to install cleaned the inside of unit showed me the faulty part done works perfectly. And very nice and respectful. I am a business owner myself and would be delighted having representatives with hos attitude well done.

Charged me $360, Fixed nothing. Broke 2 other parts. Criticized me for having a transgender daughter and left angry and hateful. Had to hire another repairman, which cost me another $270.

Troy did an excellent job installing an over the oven microwave. He responded to my request and arrived on time and worked with no delays. His price was fair and his work was excellent. I will definitely hire Troy again for any appliance repairs or installation.
