+ -1 moreI was pleased that the kitchen counter tops were installed within one day. The new sink and garbage disposal were what I had ordered. They fit well. When I returned home from work, my kitchen was orderly, and all work material was gone. The demolition and carry off of old tile flooring was efficient. Following the flooring installation, appliances were back in place (washer and dryer in the adjacent laundry room, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher). The work took a day less than allowed. We had hoped for this, and no unexpected situations arose.
Description of Work: Steve Shepard with SBT Designs served as Project Manager and located a contractor who would be able to both install kitchen counter tops as well as install kitchen flooring in the remodel of my outdated house. Steve Shepard coordinated with the contractor and his crew to ensure that material was picked up in a timely manner, and that the projects proceeded as scheduled.
