Description of Work: Replaced carpet. They didn't come to measure prior so they were short on carpet. Also this affected the charges so we had to pay additional to what they estimated. They were never punctual. One guy came and said he wouldn't do the work and they had to call someone else in (stairs). Happy with product once installation was complete.
