Victor worked efficiently and completed all of the work for the price quoted. He answered all of my questions and provided tips for the existing setup as well as what I would need for either a kitchen or bathroom remodel. Will use them for all of my plumbing needs.

His work was very good, but his professionalism would prevent me from recommending him to anyone. He does not let you know when he will arrive (just pops in), he gets upset (temper issues) when you try to find out what fixtures etc he is purchasing (does not like to deal with the customer giving their opinion or asking questions). ex: I asked about what fixtures he was buying and questioned him about sink/ toilet clearances (small bathroom) and this was his response (copy/paste from his email): "I have spent more time then needed on the project! I will cancel all fixtures and you can order everything yourself....my charge to install your fixtures is $500 with no warranty on the fixtures...if I here another complaint from you then I'm done with this project! V..." The complaint he is referring to was me asking for info on the fixtures... So I had him fired.

The provider called me when I purchased the deal to set up a time to perform services. It was arranged that they should come in early January to complete the work that I had already purchased. When the day of the appointment came, they did not show up. An hour and half after the scheduled appointment time, when their office was already closed, they made contact with me and informed me that Angie's List had "dropped" them from the list and that they could not do work through Angie's List. The individual I spoke with even told me that this had been the case prior to me purchasing the deal and that they weren't listed with Angie's List any longer.

They did a really good job. I like the guy, he's very thorough and very knowledgeable. There are no problems. They were good as I could have found, they were right on time. I kept they're contact information because I thought that much of them.

Terrible. They guy showed up with a CO2 tester and a rag in his back pocket. He was here for about 15 minutes. He didn't even look at the filter. It was a heat exchanger inspection at best, not a service. I'm very disappointed and think it was a waste of my money. I've paid $99 for furnace servicing before and know what it should have been. A thorough cleaning with a vacuum and testing/inspecting many other aspects of the system as well. Will never hire or recommend again.

Victor was so pleasant and professional. We did have a few scheduleing snafu's but worked everything out perfectly because Tallon's Services was great at communicating. I appreciated the service and confirmation that my furnace is in good shape for the Winter. I will absolutely be using Tallon's Services again, and plan to have them come out in the Spring to check my air conditioning unit.

Great. Victor came over things were good. A week later the furnace did not come on when I needed it. Victor came over the same day and found the electrical snafu which was unrelated to the furnace and fixed it...for free.

Company rep was very nice, however he only looked at our furnace for a short time before saying it is in great shape, was clean and nothing needed to be done. While I'm delighted all was in good shape, we felt like we paid for 15 minute check-up but thought we were getting a tune-up with cleaning as we have had other companies do in the past.

Every time the wind blows up here on the mountain side, my water heater goes out. I have to go down and restart it all the time. I had to restart it at least 6 or 7 times this week alone. The duct system works in the way it was presented but it goes with the pilot light. I called them and told them about it. It has something to do with the venting. They showed up on time when they said they're going to be here. They did the work that they said they're going to do. I wouldn't use them in the future other than having them correct the problem I'm having now.

We just had the work completed by them at the end of last week, then they had to come back and finish in the beginning of this week, and I was waiting for them to come and finish before I gave them a feedback. I told them what I wanted done and they seemed very knowledgeable. They cleaned their messes before they left and they did a nice job with that. Everything is working fine. We are very happy with them.

I love, love, love working with Victor. He is very experienced, professional and knowledgeable of his line of work. He is very pleasant to be around as well. His prices are competitive and worth the quality of work.

Victor Tallon does all kinds of different stuff like plumbing and heating. We called him the second time also to work on my furnace and I will call him again when I need him. To fix my water heater, I would call. He was the nicest guy and very professional. He was real chill and no pressure. I would recommend them and I already have. I would never change either company ever again. We had a problem with the furnace and he basically did much testing and thought it was computer chip board and said it was roughly $600.00. He gave us an estimate and suggested where I could go and get the piece to fix. He said that he can do what he can for me or if it needs re- running again to see if it can run for maybe the chip will keep it running for 2 long years or may conk out in an hour. So he suggested that we save up some money and call him back or get another party if I liked. So we played it out and see if it held up. It held up for a couple of months. So I called him up and remembered me. He then came out the next day and fixed it. It actually cost us less than his estimate. It was not like he overwrote the estimate. He said that the charge for the computer chip was less expensive now than it used to be. I would not think twice to refer them to anybody. I referred my mother and she was very careful about strangers, people and men. This gentleman was a very large tall person and I would not hesitate to refer my mother to him.
