+ -1 moreI was looking for quotes and ideas to transform one of our full bathroom s into a bathroom with a roll-in shower. I made an appointment with Phil to come by. He called before the scheduled appointment time and rescheduled for latter in the day. He then did not make the appointment or call to reschedule. Skipping a scheduled appointment and not calling is unprofessional. I will not consider him or PR Builders for any other jobs.
