+ 0 moreReceived phone call Friday morning , with Mr. Brunner inquiring if his rescheduled visit was still on task. He stated that he would be arriving 30 minutes from phone call. He was prompt. After a few initial question he went right to work appearing to have an understanding of what needed to be done. He completed his task in a little over one hour, and left his work area very clean.
Description of Work: Replaced outside hose faucet that burst due to cold weather. Placed access panel in ceiling for future easy access, Cleaned stool pipes in primary bathroom. Educated us regarding the location and the position of the main water valves. Mr. Martin Brunner always suggested the lowest cost solution to problems first. He appeared to be expedient in all of his tasks. His explanations were on point and easy to understand.

+ -1 moreThey were one of the lowest bids. They are prompt and reliable. Their rates are very reasonable. There have been a couple of times when I had to call twice to get somebody. He has always been here when he said he would be here.
Description of Work: John Brunner & Company put in a new furnace with a gas boiler in our heating system. They are a heating, furnace and air conditioning service company. I am soon going to have him put in a new radiator.
