All I can say is WOW! We hired HWG to re-do our rather dingy, dark and unspectacular basement. Briana and crew were so very kind helping us reimagine our circumstance and make it a reality, an unimagined dream come true. Light, welcoming and now... maybe the showplace of our home? We'd feared having to deal with a lot of noise, dust and the like and what a great surprise! The crew was courteous, friendly, considerate and, guess what! They finished ahead of schedule and a little below budget. Along the way, I suppose like most people, we decided to make changes here and there. HWG took this all in stride and embraced our suggestions / preferences as work progressed. Delightful people. Incredible work and what a fantastic result! Thanks, Briana. Thanks to all the folks who transformed our basement. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Simply the very best. We just wish there were 10 stars to award. ð

Buyer be ware - horrible experience! Bathroom remodel project was supposed to be 6-8 weeks. We pointed out to HWG that the shower wall had two different grout colors after the grout had dried. We were told to please be patient as the colors will become uniform after some time. We have since followed up with HWG on a monthly basis over the following 12 months and have continually been told they are either researching potential solutions or following up with their grout vendor. We are now 14 months after the project started, 12 months after the final invoice has been paid and no resolution. The last communication from HWG was a text message indicating WE would need to pay $500 to seal the grout, which may or may not resolve the issue. If you like horrible craftsmanship and poor communication while spending a ton of money on a home improvement project, then HWG is the company for you!

The project is not yet complete. The tiling needs to be cleaned. The wallboard and texturing people left a mess around the house. Overall the work is great. Communication could be better.

A project with unique requirements. Lots of delays and not yet done but results are good so far. Their online system is confusing, not customer friendly, but helps with communications. We've done many projects. These guys are higher quality, but not cheap. Would recommend.

I attempted several times to discuss resolution before writing my review. In our last communication approximately five weeks ago, the individual I spoke with from HWG stated he would stop by to look at the paint splatter, the cedar beams that are split from top to bottom, remove the screws sticking out of the pergola, and to pick up extra materials that were not used ........he never stopped by and I have not heard from him since. At that time, I had contacted him because I had received an invoice for an additional $1700 as a result of additional wood which was needed to correct mistakes they made in the build. I was essentially told, "well, the drafter forgot to take the length and height into consideration" ; this was after I had brought my concerns with the actual structure to their attention and questioned the method used to connect two boards in order to meet the necessary lengths. I was told they have done it before and it was fine but I still question it. Then I was billed for the materials needed to correct those mistakes. Thankfully I have text correspondence in which he had stated otherwise. After I brought the build issues to their attention, the project was abandoned and not touched for weeks. It was not a good experience so I would not hire them to build me a footstool at this point. Very disappointing.

It was a small project, less that 6 hours for two people. The previous contractor failed to show three weeks in a row. This company sent workers over two days after I accepted the proposal. Minimum fuss and no mess for me to clean up. Very professional. A project manager showed up to introduce the workers, ensure they understood and later arrived ensure the work was being done correctly. I will hire this company again.

HWG services were very professional and performed the work in a timely manner. Their communication with me on the project was excellent and always promptly responded to my requests. The work done was very professional, up to my high standards. They showed up when they said they would and put in a full days work!! So appreciated this contractor!

They are very compromised with the work and making your dreams come true . Fair price. Have a architect to help you with the project (he draws your idea on computer making easier to visualize before starting to do the work). Very polite and good crew.

People are friendly and easy to work with. Work is high quality.

Do not hire this company. They forget it is your property. Shabby tile work...ignored requests...arguing over everything. They send workers who are lazy and disrespectful to the customer. No return to correct issues.

These guys remodeled my bathroom and did a fantastic job....thanks Don!!! I would and will recommend them. They showed up when they said they would, came in on budget and was finished when they said as well. Don explained everything to me as he went along and no surprises. Thanks to HWG

Adam and his team are professional, helpful, knowledgeable and did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel. There is almost nothing these guys can't or will not do. I recommend them to everyone!

Adam was very helpful and his contractor worked well with us. He was respectful of our time (staying late on the job) and addressed all our concerns and questions. I am planning to contract with them again for our next bathroom remodel.

Adam and his crew did an excellent job and went way beyond all my expectations!!! He was very detail oriented, personable, and professional. This was an older home so there were surprises during demolition, He handled them all very professionally. I would hire HWG again and can highly recommend Adam and HWG to anyone.
