He's a good guy. We like him really well. Our toilet was leaking. It was so complicated I didn't know how to fix it. We've used then 2 or 3 times.

I like his knowledge of his work and the way he dealt with me. He was fair and I thought that he was honest. He's topnotch and he's the one I call if I ever have any appliance put in or any heaters put out of my shed.

No work performed. They never bothered to call me back.

They came out on time , assessed the problems, and performed the installation & adjustments needed to correct problems.

I really liked his friendliness. He came out when he said he was going to come out and he got the work done as quick as he could. He asked questions when he needed to. I'll call him back. He didn't have the biggest and fanciest equipments. He just is a small time operator but he seems very privies. His prices were probably average.

Excellent work promptly done. very honest with high intgrety. I'd recommend Steve to anayone with plumbing problems big or small!

We called for an estimate about 10 days ago, having to leave a message for a quote. The call was returned the same day with a quote of $200, which was much, much less expensive than we'd been quoted by other companies. We then called back about 7 days later and scheduled the work to be done on 10/3/11. Steve arrived on time and completed the work in a very efficient manner. He was finished with the job in just about 2 hours. He was very courteous and professional, leaving no mess or even a sign he'd been here other than the nice new toilets he'd installed. He even removed the old ones - something that his competitor wanted over $200 to do. He also inspected our gas water heater and told us it was fine - nothing needed to be done. Again, the same competitor had told us that it needed work and was a fire hazard. We have learned that just because someone has the biggest ad certainly doesn't mean they are the most honest or do the best work. High Country doesn't have a big ad, but we will defnintely call him first the next time we need a plumber.
