Description of Work: They were quick to mitigate mold issues in the house after a water pipe flood. They told us we had to wait 3 month to put the house back together after the fact. They were very rude about it and said if we didn't like it, then find another company. Poor customer treatment!

I am the owner of a remodeling company and when I get calls from customers that have mold or flooding it is very important to them in contact with a company that will do all the services and to it correctly. Delta came over the day the call was put in they then contained all the mold so that it could not spread to other arias of the house. Delta took pictures and worked with the insurance agents and adjustors. Once everything went thru delta came over and removed all the moldy material, and killed any air born mold. They were very professional they had hazmat suits and full face respirators. They had were very informative and explained the equipment (Air Scrubbers) They were using to trap the mold spores. I am sure that the right company was chosen. I would recommend them highly for any Flood or Fire.
