Excellent. After initially calling them, Brandon came on site within a couple of days to provide an quote for the work I needed done. After I accepted, a date for the work was scheduled at that time. The work crew showed up on time, performed the work efficiently, and cleaned up afterwards. I paid them by check upon completion of the work, but after the fact realized that CrackerJack has a $50 online coupon that I could have used. I called them about this, and without issue, they sent me a $50 check in the mail. Very impressed.

Work was done in a timely fashion and results were excellent. Upper slabs of driveway are now level with outermost garage floor slab and previous 1.5" gap has been eliminated. Sidewalk section where winter snowmelt and rain previously pooled is now level with adjacent sidewalk sections. Rain water from driveway now runs across to street gutter rather than pooling.

they got it back to correct right. only down side, it caused a small new crack in the floor next to the section raised.

My small sidewalk had sank nearly 3" on one side and about 25% of the driveway was down 1" making for some tripping hazards and drainage issues. The man providing the estimate was on time, professional and willing to take the time to answer any questions. The price was higher than the two other estimates I had received but I had checked out their website and found they have a $50 coupon. Using that made the price fall between the other two companies. The day of the work the crew showed up later than expected. I think it was due to the scheduler underestimating how long it would take them to finish the jobs scheduled before mine because the crew came in and knocked out the job in 15 minutes. All three members of the crew were nice, respectful and focused on the job. My only mark against the company is the need to use the coupon. I'd prefer just getting the estimate straight up. CHECK THE WEBSITE, USE THE COUPON!

The property in question was an apartment complex. This company was excellent from our initial phone of inquiry, to the completion of the job. They were prompt in showing up to assess the property for areas of needed repair. They provided a detailed proposal before leaving that day. We arranged for them to return to complete all tasks and they arrived on schedule. They worked efficiently and safely around the parked cars. All of the employees were professional in their grooming and demeanor. We've recommended them several times because of their exceptional service.

Lifted sidewalk in differing areas on the property to alleviate lippage.?? Also, lifted?a concrete platform?under the gazebo.

Installers showed up on time and did the job in about two hours. Great end result. They do not provide caulking or other repair, but you get what you pay for. Basic, simple and very effective service.

Crew was professional and knowledgeable. It went exactly like I expected. They did great job of cleanup after the job. Crackerjack Mudjacking came as a recommendation, so I didn't do any other bids. It was after the job was completed, that the person made the recommendation said that I paid far too much. After discussing with a couple other mudjackers, found that I probably could have done it for half the price or less. Generally, I am very happy with the work. Next time I would have gotten other bids and negotiated the price.

Appointment time was prompt and professional. Service almost as much as replacement cost so will not be using them.

I asked Crackerjack Mud Jacking to give us an estimate to raise our basement family room floor and our garage floor. The written estimate was $1,800. I then asked Mike (Crackerjack owner I believe) what the cost would be for the basement and garage separately. He said $900 each. (Since the distance from the street to the family room was more than twice the distance from the street to the garage, and the family room was finished therefore requiring more care, I would have guessed the garage would have been the smaller portion of the $1,800.) We decided to have only the garage floor jacked. The job was done fairly quickly, and Crackerjack cleaned up afterward. (They said we would never know they were there after cleanup but this was obviously sales talk.) When I went to pay Mike for the job, I started to give him the $50 Crackerjack discount coupon but he rejected it saying the job should have been $1,100 and he was already knocking off the $200 set up fee, i.e., we're back to the initial $900 estimate. (The coupon says $50 off any project larger than 10' x 10'. Our garage is 22' x 23'.)

When I called to set up a time for an estimate, I informed Mike that we have a small piece of sidewalk that is lower than the rest. There are other parts of our driveway that have shifted a bit as well, but because they don't pose a tripping hazard, we've decided, for now, not to repair them. When he arrived, he started off by telling me that it would be $595 to fix the entire sidewalk and driveway, which I wasn't interested in. When I again let him know that I didn't want to work on the other areas, he seemed put out and told me, repeatedly, that it would not be perfectly lined up with the rest. I was fine with that. He then told me that the least cost he could charge is $350. Now this part is just a gut feeling, but the way that he said it made it seem like the cost is not the least he could charge, but the least he would charge me because he was mad about not getting the bigger job. It worked out in the end, though, I called another mud jacking service and got an estimate for half of the price. Cheers!

The repair went perfectly, they showed up right on time, and got the job done in an hour, followed by a solid cleanup effort so they get an A+A+ from me. I had them back a year later to level off my concrete drive way and walks, again it went just like the first time so I will be using them again to jack our patio after we rip our crappy deck down and replace that.

They were very professional and we were communicating with what they were working on. Overall they did a good job. They just seem to be reputable and trust-worthy.
