 + -1 moreIt went very well. I looked at a couple of jobs that they had done in the area and the work looked very nice. They came in the week prior to kill grass and begin laying landscape cloth and finished up the following week. Very professional and cleaned up all debris afterwards. It has only been a couple of weeks but very pleased and would recommend them. The "B" for the price is based on the fact that I don't have enough experience with pricing of large landscape jobs but felt it was a good price.
Description of Work: Major xeriscaping to reduce maintenance and water usage in an area behind and between several duplexes. Work included killing the grass, laying landscape cloth, shutting off sprinklers, and putting down tons of rock. In the front of one duplex, laid out a design of rock with wood chips, shrubs, grasses, and a couple of young evergreens along with new drip irrigation to these plants. On other buildings created 3 foot border area of wood chips around buildings, which also included killing the grass, laying landscape cloth and putting down wood chips on top; all sprinklers that were adjacent to buildings were moved to the outer edge of the border.
