Tom recommended Dave Clark as the installer for the vinyl floor. Got my order in and Dave (The installer) picked up the vinyl and had scheduled installation at 830a friday. We got lots of rain and flooding in fort collins and colorado, but according my the reports and maps i saw he could have made it. We rescheduled for Sunday. was impressed with the service. Sunday's appointment came and went. Tried calling and no answer and voicemail was full. An hour later I finally reached him. Installer said it was for Monday. I said no, we confirmed twice that it was on sunday. Had to reschedule for Tuesday. I told him he could still come out today and he refused. Now our kitchen and laundry room have been out of commission (Due to all appliances moved into living room to install the floor) from Thursday to Tuesday. So bottom line he didn't want to come out on Sunday like he promised and now because he has my vinyl I cannot get another installer to do the job. Do NOT ever hire Dave Clark. Be careful who Carpet direct recommends to you. This guy was the guy that Tom at Carpet Direct said I should call. Not a happy customer. I left Tom, as carpet direct, a long voicemail sunday afternoon and asked him to call me. Tom texted me Monday am...after I asked him to call me. Bottom line his text said because we had a new appointment all was ok. I advised him it was not and it was unprofessional to text me when I asked him to call me. He never called back. For a company without advertising and relying on referrals...at this rate they won't be in business much longer. Avoid carpet direct

Very courteous, prompt and attentive. She came to our house and showed us lots of carpets and pad options. We ordered the carpet. We had to wait a week or two for our carpet to come in, but it was well-worth the wait. She used Stainmaster carpet and Stainmaster pad. We couldn't find a better price in spite of a fair amount of shopping around. The installers and the owner came at the appointed installation time and were very fast, yet professional in their installation. Overall, a very professional job at a very reasonable price. Great carpet and great pad. Next year, we hope to do much more carpet and we will definitely use them again!! P.S. We also learned a lot from the owner as we asked tons of questions.

Charlie was just very helpful. I would use them again in the future.

They are reasonably priced because they do not have people's warehouse or anything. They order direct from the manufacturer. They have good pricing and they come to my house. I didn't compare their price. Their quality is good and they are very responsive. They are very professional too.

It went very well. It was the highest level of service.
